Venky’s place was a perfect fit for us. We had an event to attend in Midtown and were able to get there in 10-15 mins. It was also close to great restaurants and markets. His place was clean, equipped with everything we needed, and very spacious for our group of 5. We’d definitely recommend Venky’s place for anyone traveling to the Jersey City or NYC area. My family and I had an exceptional time. We really appreciated all the extra effort our host made, making the stay absolutely perfect! The place was immaculate and anything we needed was there. We definitely want to book again next summer and already began looking at dates. What an amazing find!

It is quite a drive from NYC because of traffic, but the house is big and the neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe! The house is beautiful and clean and very accommodating!

What a great place to stay! Very comfortable for family with teenagers. Very walkable and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet considering how centrally located it is. The house was very well stocked and we appreciated all the treats they left for us. Richard was very flexible and accommodating. We had a car and parking was actually very easy. We found a spot nearby every time we parked. But really you don’t need a car- we walked almost everywhere. This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at yet!

We stayed here while visiting family during the HS graduation of my niece and nephew. For us the location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was gorgeous, well stocked, and super inviting and functional. They are making some updates to the space but they went to great ends to make it presentable and everything was fully functional. Joshua was a great host. He was super easy to work with and communicative. We did not have any issues with our stay. Check in was a breeze. Check out even easier. I think that was my only question to confirm the check out process. He made it so easy, I felt like I had to confirm that nothing else was required. But, yes, it really was that easy. Would definitely stay again of the home is available.

Honestly, the best hospitality of any place we’ve stayed. We felt right at home. The thoughtfulness that went into preparing the home for us, was unmatched. We highly recommend staying here. It was perfect. Thank you, Mrs. Betty!

At first the neighborhood looked a little sketch, but I never had a problem finding a parking spot, I had to leave some stuff in the bed of my pickup and it was there overnight! Loved the space, the master bed was very comfortable, I opened the windows to keep it cool and it was a surprisingly quiet neighborhood, even on the weekend. We loved our stay! There wasn't a corkscrew/winekey.

Brian's place was exactly as described, and a perfect home base for our family of 3. Very clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful part of Brooklyn. Felt at home -- we would stay again!

Maria the mom of Yolima was very kind to us. We got all the needed information right in time and laundry and some food for Breakfast was also available. We felt very good and would recomend this accomodation for families with children who wants to visit NYC.

Very functional apartment. Check in was very easy and the location was spot on for most of the places we wanted to visit. The apartment is nicely presented and communication with host very smooth.

Staying here felt like home!!! It was very cozy and clean and the muffins that were baked for us were delicious! While this place is the lower level of an apartment we never saw the people upstairs. Though we did hear the occasional foot steps which is to be expected. Overall we will be considering this place again when we coke back to NJ

Gary was a super host! responded quickly. The location in Queens Village is awesome neighborhood. beautiful historical homes, easy walking distance to South Street, Penns Landing, Independence Hall, St Joseph's Catholic Church, first Catholic Church in Philadelphia. corner grocery store, restaurants every block, people friendly and courteous. Will definitely be coming back! the place was clean and pecably decorated.

Milton and Sara hosted us in very good conditions. The accommodation is beautiful, clean and allows you to feel directly in a certain comfort. Milton and Sara were very responsive when we needed them and were always very accommodating. We thank them especially for hosting us! This allowed us to have an amazing stay to visit NYC.

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about this place and host! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky!

I stayed for a week at Flint Hill Farm and enjoyed every bit of my visit. Kathy was so warm and welcoming. My room was cozy, the kitchen was accommodating, homemade breads, yoghurt, cheese and coffee. The animals were beautiful, all the farm staff were friendly and nice. Flint Hill Farm is my go-to place when I visit that part of the country. Thanks so much, Kathy. Susan

David is welcoming and helpful; this is a great place to stay if you are needing to be in the vicinity (for me, visiting elder and getting some work done during parts of days). The room is cozy and clean, comfortable bed and good desk -- along with bits of friendly conversation, it suited me well. I'll be checking availability next time I'm back in the area.

What do I say that hasn't already been said? There's a reason this place gets so highly reviewed, it's because it's AMAZING. As a mom of three, I just wanted to get away with some peace and comfort and I got all that and more. The bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom is NEXT LEVEL amazing (seriously, I'm not much of a bathroom gal but I could've just spent all day in there). All this and the little things make this place a gem...like the snacks, breakfast and extra comforts in the bedroom (robe, extra towels, etc). I went into NYC everyday and had no problems with public transportation. If you are a solo female traveler I highly recommend you book this, I can't wait to come back one day!!
