Cottage in Lawrenceville, NJ connected to Rider University. Walking distance to entire campus. 3 miles to The College of New Jersey ( TCNJ ), 6 miles to Princeton, 5 miles to Trenton, City Hall, 4 miles to Hamilton train station. Nice suburban neighborhood, very quiet, total privacy. Off-street parking for free. Free Wifi, wide bathroom entrance, kitchenette. Cottage is detached from main home on property. No outrageous cleaning fees! We'll handle that-use that money for a nice dinner or two ;)

Spacious Guest Studio in Park Like Setting

Charming guest house with many designer elements in a park like setting. Drenched with lots of natural light (5 skylights!) and filled with all the things you need! Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! Quiet and serene with an access to the Woodfield Reservation - beautiful trails including ponds. Can be rented with other spaces on the same property. Check my profile!
