The photos are accurate. This Airbnb was not only very nice, but also had fantastic amenities and an amazing view. It's in a great location, walkable to many attractions. Steve was a great host, very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. It is definitely my favorite Airbnb home that I have ever stayed in so far.

Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. We were here for a wedding, it was very convenient for our families. Great house and location for us . We spent the day at the Keys

We have a few minor things happen with the showers not draining but mind you we literally had 7-8 inches of rain in 2 days while there it was insane but they responded immediately and there was someone there to fix it immediately. It is a very peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful canal in the Back, we enjoyed a little fishing as well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of room! We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Just a heads-up for future guests: while the house itself is great, it took us about an hour to get to places like Downtown or South Beach because of traffic. Miami traffic has definitely gotten worse, so plan ahead if you have places to be. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

This place was perfect for celebrating a Bachelorette trip. We wanted to stay somewhere safe that wasn’t too far from south beach. It was perfect. We spent so much of our time just hanging out here because there was so much to do just in the house. A truly amazing weekend and could’ve have asked for anything better. Ana was awesome! Would 10/10 rent again

The Mejia’s home was perfect for us! It is clean, comfortable & felt good while we were inside & outside. The pictures & descriptions under-sell the actual experience. We have stayed at several Airbnbs all over. This one is possibly the best one yet. We wanted to charter a fishing trip. The host went out of her way & out on a limb to recommend a place & it was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you, Dora! We will stay with you if we come back near the area : )

Immaculate throughout and in such a central location with AMAZING views!! These hosts were fantastic! Thank you so much! If you’re looking to stay in Miami, this is the one to book!

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

BOOK THIS STAY !!! Absolutely loved this place!!!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon! The only thing that I would say is me and my partner fell in the shower lol there was nothing to hold onto and the first aid kit that was under the sink didn’t have what we needed for the injuries other than that the location was perfect close to a lot of restaurants, next time I would love to stay here again we also loved the pool bar! And the jacuzzi. Thank you soo much for making my birthday special! 10/10!!!!

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Luxurious and clean with a modern touch. Nomada is in a great location with many amenities. Close enough to the beach to enjoy it and far enough for night time relaxation. Great little gem in the art district of Miami. We felt safe and secure during our stay. The gym was also clean with enough of a selection of equipment for a great workout.
