Monthly Rentals in Prince George County

The apartment interior is pristine — and I mean pristine. This is by far the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at out of any Airbnb or hotel. It’s objectively small, but definitely didn’t feel the least bit cramped with only the two of us staying there. It looked exactly like the photos. Hosts are communicative, friendly, and very understanding. They are also big on providing extremely detailed instructions, which, although it was a long block of text to read, sure made check-in and check-out go super smoothly. The hosts are also kind enough to give their guests control over the thermostat. The area feels private and well-covered by surveillance. Parking is shaded by trees. It’s quiet aside from the occasional car passing by, and the neighbors aren’t noisy. Overall, I highly recommend it, and it’s one of the few places I’d love to come back to.

We had a wonderful and welcoming stay at Calandra's. We were visiting for a couple of days for our granddaughters graduation from VCU and the location was ideal. Calandra was helpful in giving us an idea of the distance as well as an appreciated congratulations to my granddaughter. Her home was very cozy. Two marked parking spots for this location right at the door. The view of the water was lovely and relaxing. This being my first time booking an Airbnb, I brought paper plates, cups etc., but the kitchen had everything we needed if I hadn't. Check out was easy and she responded promptly with a couple of questions I had. Calandra is friendly and a great host, we hope to book with her again in the future to see more of the area.

The home was phenomenal. Exactly what we needed for our family of 7. Visited for a military ceremony at Fort Gregg-Adams. Very clean, and beautiful decor. We didn’t need to contact the host for anything. She covered it with very clear instructions. Check out was no hassle. Just took out the trash, but of course tidying up to show our appreciation for a great stay. Highly recommended and will use her home if we visit the area again. Thanks Catina for everything.

Toan’s place felt just like home! It was a very convenient drive to VMP for our race weekend and tons of room. Responses were given in a timely manner and very flexible. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity was provided.
