Monthly Rentals in Preble County

We were in town for a wedding and when I saw this retro house close by we couldn’t pass up the chance to stay. We loved all the furnishings and being able to read the book on how the house was developed and designed. It definitely takes you back in time. The house was just as described and very clean, we would stay aging if we’re back in the area.

My friends and I loved staying in the Preble County Barn! It's a quiet little oasis in the middle of town. It is near railroad tracks but you can barely hear the trains from inside. Caitlyn was a welcoming and friendly host, the interior was perfectly appointed, and she provided a slew of K-cup options and snacks. We will definitely stay there again for our next high school reunion!

Beautiful views, gorgeous house, and any questions we had were answered in 30 minutes or less. Dogs are allowed and that was a huge factor in renting her Airbnb.

Very clean and comfortable farmhouse located just right outside town. We stayed while in town for the Eldora Speedway Dream week and this location was optimal because it was close to everything near Eaton. Very convenient for our large group to relax and have a place to rest our heads without the extreme cost of hotel rooms. Enjoyed our stay!
