Waterfront vacation rentals in Prazeres

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean from all rooms, loved it so much that my wife did not want to leave the apartment. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Please note uber/bolt is harder to plan for, best if you have a rental.

A lovely spot with great views of Funchal. The location was very close to a supermarket, good restaurants, and many bus stops. The host and his assistant were very helpful and responsive.

Correu tudo perfeitamente! O apartamento estava impecável, limpo e muito bem preparado para os hóspedes e com uma vista maravilhosa! A localização é bastante central com supermercados perto e ainda assim, sente-se um ambiente calmo e familiar. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi excelente, sentimo-nos sempre bem acompanhados, de realçar que quando precisamos de assistência, a resposta e solução do problema foram extremamente rápidas. O único ponto menos positivo é o estacionamento do prédio que é bastante limitado mas ainda assim correu tudo muito bem.

Old Zone is a very spacious apartment, in a great location near the cable car, restaurants, old town, very central. Corina was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay in Funchal.

Very good location for exploring Funchal with only a 5-10 walk to the shops and restaurants in the centre. Very spacious for the 4 of us and great views from the balcony. Nice local bakery next door, worth a visit for breakfast.

Our stay at Patricia’s apartment in Funchal was excellent in every way! First of all, the location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk from Funchal Marina, right next to a supermarket, and very close to bus stops, which made getting around incredibly easy and fast. The apartment itself was in impeccable condition: spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped — it truly felt like a real home. We didn’t miss a thing — from appliances to kitchenware, everything was available and in perfect working order. Patricia was a wonderful host — kind, helpful, and always available. She was there for anything we needed and handled every little issue quickly and professionally. She really made us feel welcome and safe throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again for a future trip to Funchal!

A fantastic stay with Emanuel for 3 weeks , my longest stay at an Air BnB and was perfect for what i was looking for. The place is exactly as described and as in the pictures. Emanuel and his mum were great with communicating and making sure all questions were answered. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance, most day trips would pick up from outside the apartment. Would 100% stay here again when I come back and cannot recommend them enough

My husband and I just returned from a fantastic 8 night stay at Lucio’s apartment. The apartment is large , was very clean and looked just like the photos. The location was a great starting point to explore the island. We enjoyed being in a quieter town that was still very central. There were plenty of restaurants that were walkable for dinner each night. We really enjoyed being able to relax on the balcony and in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Lucio was very friendly and responsive and has really set this apartment up with all the perfect amenities for a home away from home. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Madeira!

Wat een geweldig zicht, wow. Leuk en kleurrijk ingericht. Goede uitrusting in de keuken. Ruim terras met ligstoelen en ruime eettafel, prima. Gratis parkeren om de hoek. Prima ligging, met de auto ben je in 10 min in Funchal. Wandelen langs de prachtige kust neemt een half uur om in Funchal te geraken. Alternatief is de bus die voor de ingang van het verblijf stopt. Samengevat: een absolute aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een geweldig uitzicht en wil verblijven in een rustige buitenwijk op wandelafstand van Funchal.

Notre avion atterrissant de bonne heure notre hôte avait préparé le logement pour que nous puissions y accéder très tôt. Très bien accueillis par Nelia elle nous avait préparé un panier de fruits, des œufs de son poulailler et de sureaux typiques de Madère. Le lit était fait et tout était très propre. Nous y retournerons et le conseillerons sans soucis.

Majoituimme Casa dos Francelhosissa, meitä oli seitsemän aikuista. Tilat olivat erinomaiset. Antonio otti meidät vastaan ystävällisesti, opasti kaiken tarvittavan huvilasta, mutta myös antoi mahtavia vinkkejä Madeiran nähtävyyksistä, kaupoista, ruokailupaikosta ja liikkumisesta. Viikko meni muakavasti huvilassa, jossa on mm. kolme kylpyhuonetta sisällä ja neljäs ulkona. Meitä odotti mm. hedelmävadit, tervetuliasviinit sekä kauniit kukat. Kaikki toimi loistavasti. Ulkoterassi ja uima-allasalueoli todella viihtyisä ja kaunis. Viikon aikana myös grillasimme ulkogrillissä. Huvilan sijainti on loistava, alue on rauhallinen ja näkymä merelle kaunis, kävelimme päivittäin keskustaan. Takaisinpäin otimme usein taksin, nuoriso käveli takaisin ja sai hyötyliikuntaa. Takseja sai keskustasta hyvin, Pingo-kaupan uloskäynnin vieressä niitä odotti aina useita. Bolt toimi hyvin myös. Voimme suositella lämpimästi Casa dos Francelhosta!

Madeira ist bezaubernd und die Unterkunft war es auch! Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist ein Traum. In den Schlafzimmern sind kleine "Fenster" um mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen zu können. Constantino war super nett, immer hilfsbereit wenn wir Fragen zur Insel hatten und er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Dieser Airbnb war jeden Cent wert! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden!!! Danke für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met zijn vijven. Het ontbrak aan niets, werkelijk alles was aanwezig (zelfs een kaasschaaf, fijn voor een Nederlander😅). Ook een heerlijke buitenruimte met voldoende meubilair voor ons allen. Een aanrader. Ik zou graag nog eens komen.

The house is amazing! Spacious and very bright - with an incredible view! The road is pretty steep, but you can easily park at the beginning of the road if you don't want to get up the steep part. The welcome was amazing with a bowl full of fresh fruit, eggs, some local sweets, wine, and so on. Communication was very easy as well. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in the north of Madeira!

The staying in Cabana Costa Norte was amazing. The house corresponds to the photo and description. All amenities for living and cooking are present as stated. You can also have a barbecue outside. Communication with Adriana was excellent, she responded quickly and was helpful. We are gratefy for the useful recommendations from Adriana and her parents. The house is located in a picturesque village, very close to must-go places: Fanal forest, Seixal beach, natural pools, hiking routes. It was great to live in this part of the island, which allowed us to see all the beauty of the island. The house among the mountains and the ocean only helped us love Madeira even more.

Die Wohnung war wunderbar, modern und sehr geräumig mit zwei Badezimmern. Zum Frühstücken konnten wir uns draußen auf die kleine Terrasse in die Sonne setzen. Die Küche hatte alles nötige, um sich selbst zu versorgen und wirkte sehr neu und sauber. Wir konnten in der Wohnung definitiv gut leben und entspannen! Der Ort hat viel zu bieten - Restaurants, Bäckereien und Supermärkte befinden sich in Fußnähe. Der Verkehr innerorts ist aber leider sehr hektisch und laut. In der Wohnung hat man jedoch davon nichts mehr mitbekommen. Dina hat super schnell auf unsere Belange und Fragen reagiert und war dabei sehr freundlich.

Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli par Lucia qui est une personne très gentille. L’appartement est très grand, moderne et surtout très jolie avec une superbe vue mer ✨ Nous avons choisis Bolt pour nous déplacer et c’était parfait :) Merci pour ce séjour !

From the moment we walked in the door we knew we had made a great choice renting Maria’s place. The VIEW, the layout, seating inside and out were exactly what anyone would need to enjoy a home away from home. The location was outstanding to explore all parts of the city center as well as great redo and shopping. The kitchen was all stocked and having a washing machine and large drying rack was appreciated! The ONLY disappointment was the mattress in the master bedroom (we didn’t use the 2nd bedroom) could use replacing. That said, it wouldn’t stop us from going back there again. All the many positives outweigh. Maria and team were super hosts and we absolutely loved Funchal and Madeira!

Leonardo let us check in early. Beautiful clean environment right next to the water. He provided a clear and quick video to watch for instructions. Parking is a little complicated but your car is safe in a garage which is nice. Definitely recommend.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter 17 Monate in dieser Wohnung. Es war alles für das Baby vorhanden (Bett, Kinderstuhl etc.) eifach super. Cristina ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar und nur wenige Gehminuten von diversen Restaurants und Cafes entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Logement fonctionnel dans une résidence sécurisée avec Parking. Un petit balcon est très appréciable. L’autre est d’un accueil des plus chaleureux avec beaucoup de recommandations et de conseils de site exceptionnels à visiter. Attention deux lits séparés dans la chambre.

Appartement impeccable, très propre et conforme à la description. La terrasse est tout simplement grandiose, avec une vue magnifique. Tout est bien aménagé, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour – un vrai plaisir du début à la fin!

Acomodação ainda melhor que nas fotos. A vista e terraço são os diferenciais. Boa infraestrutura, eletrodomésticos novos, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, boas vagas na garagem e fácil comunicação com o Sr Roberto. A única ressalva: qualidade dos travesseiros deixou a desejar. O padrão de toda acomodação é superior e mereciam atenção e substituição por outros de melhor qualidade. No mais, recomendamos muito e voltaríamos facilmente.

Everything was great. The place was super clean, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, there were extra towels, hygiene products and multiple pillows, the kitchen was fully equipped too. Hosts clearly know what they're doing.
