Two-room apartment in the center of Prato Nevoso, La Roccia condominium, 4th floor with elevator and 2 parking spaces. Stand-alone heating, sleeps 4 with double bedroom + 2 with sofa bed in living room. Ski slopes reachable in 20 meters on foot thanks to a private road connected to the main track of the "Conca". Porticoes reachable in 100m always on foot. As shown in the attached photos, incredible views of all the mountains of the area. Sheets and towels are not present.

The residence (with reception) is in a quiet area but convenient to all services, with direct access to the slopes. Supermarket and restaurants are close to the house, so you can forget about the car, leaving it covered at the parking space provided. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi (smart working). Please note that there are no towels/sheets.

This studio is a wedding favor in the heart of the mountain village of Frabosa Soprana and awaits you, cozy, both in the summer, after your beautiful walks or Mountain bikes in the green of the monregal mountains, and in winter, after your magnificent ski slopes in the Mondolé area. From the small studio you can reach the slopes of Monte Moro on foot, and the Malanotte plants, which connect directly to Pratonevoso and Artesina, are a three-minute drive away.

In a typical village in the green Langhe, in a country house, independent basement studio with small equipped kitchen, 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, 1 single armchair bed and bathroom with shower. Breakfast with packaged products. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, fridge, electric oven and microwave. Dishes are included. The beds are maximum 5 and are all in the same room. Heating is provided by a pellet stove to be managed independently.

We offer an entire apartment in Barolo, in our family house. The house is very close to the centre of the village, in quiet and panoramic position. The apartment includes a kitchen opening on a spacious living-room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (the two beds can be transformed into a double bed) and one bathroom. The price does not include the city tax which is 1,50 € per day per person, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Also 18 km away is Prato Nevoso (mountain resort with various ski slopes) and 40 km away the Langhe (famous wine valleys with various restaurants featuring typical food of the area).
