Giovanni was such a kind and gracious host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and made us feel at home.

I was only in Rome for a one night stopover. The location is extremely close and convenient to Termini. Some of the famous sites (Colosseum, Forum, etc) are reasonably close and accessible as well. Room was comfortable and quiet overnight.

My partner and I enjoyed a two week stay here. Very friendly pick up service from the train station by the host and was welcomed in to our apartment which was extremely clean (felt brand new, from the cleanliness to the furniture and silver wear). Host was responsive whenever we had any queries and the area is peaceful and nice to walk around with plenty of nature. We’re definitely coming back here! Thank you Luca!

Daniel was such a great host. He was flexible with our check-in when we arrived early and provided clear instructions for checking in and out. This is a beautiful apartment that is located next to the Metro, the Vatican, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay here again when we come back!

Alessandro was incredibly helpful for our large group. The check-in was easy, accommodations clean and comfortable, and location perfect. We walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, shopping and fabulous restaurants.

Rita's place is situated in a building which combines old and new, very fashionable and cosy adorned, with a big terrase. It is situated near the city's old wall, accesible by bus from city center and at 5 minutes of walking from Villa Borghese. The appartement is large, with a living and kitchen downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, which I think is very intimate and romantic. The kitchen has a big fridge and a microwave. Although we arrived late in the evening, Rita made all the arrangements and the check-in was very easy, because the property has a permanent check-desk, with very kind people. In the first night there was a problem with the lightening in the bathroom, but we spoke at the check-desk and the next day Rita made it fixed. It was a pleasure to stay at Rita's and I hope next time we'll visit Rome will stay again at her place.

A charming 3 floor home in the middle of so much to do in Rome! From absolutely incredible restaurants to music, bars and an overall lively night life, it was a perfect place to spend our time in Rome. Alessio and his team were so helpful and made checkin and checkout a breeze! Highly recommend his place!

We had an amazing honeymoon here. We were so well looked after - extra tea/coffee when we needed it, our laundry was done twice! Taxis booked, extra bathroom supplies. We were make to feel like very important guests. I fell ill one day and the staff were so helpful with providing my husband with cleaning supplies etc - and gave us a little bit of extra time to leave. Breakfast was so lovely - fresh croissants and juice and some continental supplies. Apartments were lovely and warm with plenty of space to relax. About 5 min walk to the colosseum, metro line B and a tram line. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will tell everyone who comes to Rome to stay with you! Thank you for providing us with a little home for a week!

Very nice apartment in an excellent location. Two of the things that stood above the rest: the convenience of the in-unit washing machine and the high quality of the mattress and the bedding. It was one of the most comfortable beds ever!

The apartment was perfect for our short stay, beautifully decorated and well equipped and in a wonderful location with high end shopping, cafes, restaurants and historic sites including the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain nearby. Also, Allegra and her team of support were amazing with recommendations for restaurants, shopping and transport services. This apartment is highly recommended!

Always staying in Rome near Teemini. This time came for two days and book room in same day. Very fast answered and big plus that door opening with password, its perfect for checkin and checkout. Metro and historical places everything very close, room not big but cozy with comfortable and clean bed. So I think its the best option for short term in this area and for such price. Recommend

We had an amazing stay here! We were a group of 7 people. Me and my husband and our three teenagers and my in-laws. We all slept comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great as well. Plenty of towels as well! The four bathrooms were so helpful in getting ready for the day with ease! It was so nice for everyone to have a private bathroom space. Thank you for the easy communication and allowing us to store our luggage at 10 am so we could enjoy the day while the cleaners finished up. That was so helpful! We will definitely recommend to all our friends.

Great place to stay. The apartment is spacious, light and well equipped. Unfortunately the reason for our stay was to be near the hospital, but the apartment is also walking distance from the Colosseum and other sights in central Rome. Fabrizio, Roberto and Dana were extremely kind to us which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed 3 nights. Marta was very responsive throughout and even messaged us after we left the airport to communicate our meeting time. Apartment was very nice, clean, everything was in perfect working order. Five minute walk to the metro made it very convenient. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient location, with abundance of restaurants within short walking distance.
