It’s rare to find a place that feels like home the moment you walk through the door—but Kathia’s Airbnb did just that. From the moment we arrived, Kathia was fully hands-on, making sure every detail was perfect for our stay. Her warmth and attentiveness set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable month. The house itself was peaceful, well-appointed, and an ideal space to settle in—especially for digital nomads looking for comfort and quiet. But the true showstopper? The garden. Some might call it a garden with a lovely pool, but I’d call it an Eden of tranquility—a private sanctuary that made it hard to leave. A special thank you to Ynnes, who Kathia thoughtfully arranged to help with cooking and cleaning. Her presence was a gift, and her meals were unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, prepare to be cared for, inspired, and deeply relaxed.

The arrival already started with a surprise: to access the house, you need to cross the river in a boat! (Our inattention when booking because it is well explained in the listing kkkk). It was an amazing and super different experience! Salete was wonderful the whole time!! attentive, kind, one of those people who welcome you as if you were family. The place is super spacious, quiet, with a sea breeze and a breathtaking landscape. Everyone there was friendly, smiling, polite... hard to want to leave! The only regret was not having stayed longer. I already want to go back with friends to enjoy that special little corner even more!

Wonderful place, quiet and great view! Mauro is very attentive, the Chalet matches the photos. Ideal environment to rest and contemplate nature. Close to the main beaches of the South coast of Floripa, considered the best beaches for swimming. Great choice to stay on the island of Florianópolis.

The apartment is very nice and cozy, perfect for one person and with a comfortable remote work setup. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The only disadvantage for me was that the road between the house and the lake is quite busy all day long.

The place is incredible, we had a wonderful weekend, where we were able to rest and relax with nature present, the place is great for those who like to have their peace, we will definitely return, I recommend it.

Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

I indicate this place with eyes closed! Super cozy place, with an amazing view. It's even more beautiful in person. There are countless wonderful corners on the property with breathtaking views! For those looking for calm and nature, it's the perfect place! And what about the host, Mr. Carlos made us feel at home. He is super attentive, polite and intelligent, has an incredible story and the property is a reflection of all the work of him and his employees who are also super nice. The saddest part is certainly having to leave lol but we will certainly be back soon <3

A dream place, the house is much nicer than what you see in the photos. Maycon is always very attentive and the area is amazing. Great place to travel with the family and have a good time. There are two options for crossing: the boat and the bridge. For shopping and suitcases we always use the boat, it is quite easy to cross. To go to the Praia we were going through the bridge. Above Maycon docks the Marcio boat, we made great walks through ilha do Campeche and the lake. Aprovechen.

Great place to stay in a group! Quieter, more peaceful location and very cozy house. The hosts were very helpful! It is a more isolated region, where you need a car to get to other areas. But the beach is 5 minutes away and there are shops less than 2 km away as well.

The place is totally quiet, with no neighbors around. The location is great, close to bars, restaurants, markets and pharmacies, and easy access to other beaches as well. Guilherme was very cordial and polite at all times, I was very comfortable in the place, without any kind of disturbance. Environment with impeccable cleanliness. I will definitely return more often!

I had an incredible stay at Taina's place in Campeche! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach, making it a perfect retreat for beach lovers. Tania was an outstanding host—always available for communication and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The house itself was spotless and spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Florianopolis.

Second time staying in the house. My husband and I like it because it is very complete and comfortable and the location is peaceful and quiet. It's great to be able to go out and then have a corner of peace to rest. Grata once again.

The house dr Patrícia is perfect for quiet days in Barra da Lagoa. The house is easily accessible to the beach and is from the canal ladinho, which is a wonderful place. Home is just like the images. Very cozy, clean and tidy. The place is very quiet. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. They treated me with great affection. I was given great information about the surroundings. I felt at home. After returning to Barra da Lagoa, I will love to return to Patricia's house.

If you’re thinking about booking this place do it! You will not regret it. I’ve stayed in a ton of Airbnb properties and NOTHING compares to Dacre & Sara’s home. Not only is the location literally perfect, in the best part of Floripa right in the middle of the island but the house itself is incredible. Can you believe it’s EVEN BETTER than the pictures? We really did not want to leave. Dacre and Sara are wonderful hosts, very nice and so thoughtful. They left us everything we needed and more as well as shared tips of the best restaurants in the area. We went to all of the ones they recommended and they were all fantastic. I wanted to rewind our trip. Seriously book this place and don’t look back! It’s the best of Floripa!

We loved the stay! From the living room the view is of the logoa and from the bedroom the sea. The bungalow is very cozy, surrounded by nature. Super well-equipped house, we didn't miss anything. The host was super attentive, gave very good tips and welcomed us very well. We loved the trip and will be back for sure!

This was, hands down, our best Airbnb-experience in Brasil. Earlier Check-In, an amazing breakfast, beautiful apartment and a later check-out, very good communication etc. If Bias place is available for booking, just do it and enjoy your time!

Hosts were very kind. We hit the car on the gate when leaving the parking lot on the first night. They helped us maneuver and minimize the damage to the car and then we agreed on the reimbursement for the gate, all without stress. Sometimes, worse than the material damage, is the reaction of those who do not tolerate accidents and unforeseen events. So, we were very grateful for the help in the situation and for the tranquility they gave us. The property is very beautiful and the birds in the morning are a show in themselves! Oh, we even saw a baby cutia, the cutest thing in the world! I recommend the stay and will return when I can! ☺️

Hand a wonderful stay at Ishbel’s tropical paradise. The property inside and outside is amazing! Ishbel was a fantastic host, gave us many local recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries we had during our stay. The views from the property are brilliant and it’s the perfect place to relax and soak it all in. Only a short walk or even shorter taxi to the ‘busy’ area, the location is brilliant. We had a late flight on our day of checkout and Ishbel even catered for us leaving our luggage at the property until later which helped us out loads! Had a great stay and would highly recommend!
