The house is uniquely across from the sherrifs office which offers added security. Our home is located up a flight of stairs on the 2ND FLOOR and unfortunately not handicap accessible.

Beautiful home, clean and stalked with items for purchase. The home is located within minutes of everything. Our host Jacob was very responsive and helped us immediately after contacting him. He gave us some great recommendations and our experience was perfect!

House was much bigger than expected! Living room, bedroom & bathrooms are very nice. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you may need. We were able to move the bed in one of the bedrooms to make room for 2 pack n plays. Izzy is a super nice accommodating guy! Above and beyond!

We went down to New Orleans just to see the area and wanted a safe, clean spot and this hit our mark more than we even expected. We Had the pleasure of meeting Leonor who not only was extremely nice and friendly, but helpful also! She was fun to talk to and hang out with and gave us good tips on where to go around the area. The price was absolutely unmatched and they offer a second bed for people who aren't couples. Secure parking for just us was also available and clear instructions on how to locate it were very helpful! They even washed some of our towels for us while we were out! I absolutely could not recommend a place more than here! I habe had the pleasure of traveling a lot and no where has been this helpful and friendly. Plus, being pet friendly, they really make this space available to anyone. Thank you so much Leonor for a wonderful stay and anyone who goes down here in the future that I know will get this place as a recommendation!

Amanda and Chris were absolutely amazing hosts! Honestly, this was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at—it truly felt like a home away from home. The setting was incredibly peaceful, with stunning views of the Louisiana swamplands that made it all the more special. The place was so comfortable that even though we only stayed for one night, we easily could've settled in for a week. I didn't get a chance to go fishing, but they had everything you could possibly need for it—tons of gear, a fish cleaning station, and all the cooking essentials. This place is a real gem!

The house had everything we needed and offered beautiful views. The restrooms were clean, and the yard was very relaxing and private—perfect for some quiet downtime. We especially enjoyed drinking coffee while sitting out on the back patio. There was more than enough parking, which made things super convenient. Cassandra was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. She even recommended a few great spots for brunch. The ferry is also nearby if you’re looking for a quicker way to get into New Orleans. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend!
