A nice little house, well-kept and well-stocked: nothing is really missing! Located in a quiet village, with everything at your fingertips: supermarkets, bars, pastry shop and butcher. A simple but comfortable corner, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The host was very kind: thanks to her precise directions, check-in was simple and smooth.

Very well-stocked and organized apartment, especially very clean! It is equipped with everything you need: slippers, soap (hands and body), hairdryer, towels, tea towels, kettle, oven, microwave, etc. We stayed in the accommodation for 2 nights and the experience exceeded our expectations. Starting with the host, Antonio, who was always very helpful and kind to us and provided us with a lot of useful information about the house as well as activities in the area; the apartment was also located in a condominium near the center, which was therefore easily reached on foot in a few minutes, and it is also a well-served area (pharmacy, supermarkets, hospital, restaurants, etc.). Precisely because of its location, the only flaw is that the parking lots in the surrounding area are all paid. However, our experience was more than satisfactory and we were pleasantly surprised by the flexibility of the check-out and in general by the host's availability.

My stay at Marco and Silvia's apartment was perfect from every point of view: the house is very welcoming, spacious and really impeccable in terms of cleanliness and services/equipment. I liked everything: from the organization of the spaces, to the comfort of the furnishings. The apartment is very central but very quiet and bright. Last but not least, the kindness and helpfulness of Marco and Silvia in the various communications was fundamental in the days before and during my stay.

Fantastic and perfect stay, the house has ample space and is equipped with every comfort. Beautiful, clean and in a strategic location in the center. Paid indoor parking is a 5-minute walk away. The owners are very easy to reach and available for any need. We felt right at home. Absolutely recommended!

Great stay, incredible private spa, definitely to come back

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, even better then in the pictures, with absolutely everything you could need. Gargnano was a great base for us to visit the surroundings of lake Garda, city center was 10 minutes away by foot, great restaurants to choose from. Gabi was extremely helpful and helped us with any request we had. Would definitely stay again, totally recommended!

Nicoletta is a wonderful host. Coming from the US, a super host doesn’t mean much anymore, but Nicoletta went above and beyond. She collected us from the train station, provided some basic food items and a welcome tart. Really a wonderful experience, thank you! When you are traveling to Trento, you won’t go wrong staying with Nicoletta.

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Moritsch for our first trip to Bassano del Grappa. What a wonderful little town and an even better accommodation! Thank you to Annuska for excellent communication about logistics pre-arrival, and to Giuliano for welcoming us to Casa moritsch and showing us around Bassano in general. The place is amazing, very modern and clean, but still has a traditional classic feel. Very large and comfortable bed, with sofa bed available as well. Kitchen was fully stocked, however, probably goes unused due to the excellent selection of fantastic restaurants close by (<5 mins walk). Secure car parking is available approximately 5 minutes from Casa Moritsch (Giuliano will meet and guide you in to the secure garage). Thank you again to our wonderful hosts Annuska and Giuliano - we will hopefully be back in Bassano very soon thanks to you!

The place is beautifully quietly located and perfectly equipped. We also got a cot on request. Toys for our little one were also available and a spacious bathroom. Very clean! The hostess welcomed us very warmly and explained everything. The restaurant in the village offers very good cuisine! We will be happy to come back!

This place and host were way more than we expected!! He was so generous of his time and so much more. The place was clean like I have never seen before (and I have traveled a lot). Very quiet little town but perfect if you want to hike during the day and come back at night. The place is way bigger than we thought and we were breathless looking at the mountains. Highly recommanded

Our stay at Villa Pruner was magical. Gabriele was a super host and he was very responsive. We even had some lovely gifts on arrival. The apartment was spotless and very spacious. The only downside was that we only spent one night there. Thank you for your hospitality!

It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had yet. The house is perfectly described on the listing. We found it spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony is something that I have to mention. It is as peaceful as it gets and for someone looking to take a break from everyday life, this is a perfect getaway with a view of the mountains. Absolutely the most incredible property, beautifully designed & the views from the apartment were stunning. Too big for one’s eyes to take in. Sensational walking & so much to see, definitely a trip to Bolzano, & the cable car & train up to the top, it’s breathtaking. Everyone should visit this area, & I would thoroughly recommend this property

We had the most amazing three night stay here. It was such a beautiful apartment with spectacular views. We felt right at home and honestly, didn’t want to leave. Some good hikes right behind the apartment too but a car is still a must to travel around the area. Giulio was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and had a lot of local recommendations. It was a public holiday / long weekend when we visited so cooked all our meals with ease in the kitchen. Will be returning !!

Hi, we stayed 3 nights in this beautiful apartment, tactical location for Trento and surroundings such as Andalo and Lake Molveno. Marco is very kind, he recommended destinations and restaurants. Too bad for the bad weather, but the hot tub relieved us a little of the anger for not having been able to fully exploit the potential of the place. We'll be back when the weather is better.

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!
