Joe's place was warm and welcoming . supplies in the bathroom and kitchen were accommodating . The only draw back was there was a gas grill but no real BBQ tools . The beds were comfortable and the place was private and peaceful. I would recommend staying at Joe's place any time .

Joseph is a great host; he offered excellent suggestions for local hikes, attractions, and restaurants. His place was spotless, and it was stocked with a nice selection of coffees and snacks. Mills Springs is a perfect location to explore the Central PA mountains; the Poe Valley Area is remote and beautiful; there is a scenic easy hike around Colyer Lake, which is only 15 minutes from the cabin. The location is ~20 minutes from State College and 25 minutes to a charming small town called Bellefonte. I highly recommend Joseph as a host and his cabin as a place to stay for a relaxing visit to the central PA mountains.

My family loved our stay at the church! Beautiful windows and very kid friendly. My 2.5 year old loved the toys and the big bath tub. The view from the stain glass windows towards the mountains was beautiful. Would stay here again! Thank you for having us.

My group absolutely loved this rustic home! Plenty of space for all of us. A beautiful home on lots of acreage to walk!
