Very comfortable space to stay at and it was extremely secure so we felt safe while we stayed. Evelyn is such a kind lady as well! Thankful to have been able to stay here 🙏

Absolutely beautiful house! We landed super late and had to check in super late and they were so understanding. Our boys loved the house and all the lake toys even in the 60° weather. Shelley was so sweet and made checking in and everything so easy for us! :)

Satisfied with the stay, the only issue was one of the bedroom entrances was thru the bathroom, so if someone was using the bathroom than we either had to wait in the bedroom or in the living room

What a lovely place to stay with amazing views! Loved the amenities and sunset over the lake was amazing! Great space for spending a relaxing few nights. We liked it so much we chose to stay in and cook every night vs go out to eat. Great hosts and very clean place. Bonus we got to see deer, wild turkey, and even a little frog.

This was my second stay at this quiet, comfortable apartment with a great country view. I watched deer and turkeys in the valley, and saw fish when I walked down to the river's edge. It's spacious and well appointed with soap and dishes, etc. The wifi worked well. I only occasionally heard the owners or their guests in the main part of the house, and they respected the listed quiet hours.

Loved that part of the property was a nature preserve. We were greeted by a wild turkey that my son named 'Gary'. Very delightful. Beautiful location and close to our extended family in Deer Park.

Just wow! ❤️ We’ve been renting thru Airbnb for years and this might be the fav! The home is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous. Short drive after picking up my son at Gonzaga, the adult kids loved having the basement space, kitchenette and living room down there. There are two bedrooms on that level with twins, a twin room and queen room on the main level, and a king upstairs. Everything felt so clean, plenty of nice towels, cozy blankets, more than adequate cookware, including two crockpots. The large windows with lake views are incredible. Lots of toys downstairs as well, and a propane grill. We loved watching the geese and ducks, and saw turkeys and deer. Listened to the frogs in the pond at night. We picked up whiffle ball sets at WalMart and the kids had a blast playing on the lawn. Never saw a neighbor the whole time, it really feels private. Good communication with host. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jean!

We loved our stay here at Allison’s home. This was more like a B&B experience and Alli is an amazing host that goes out of her way to help you feel at home, relaxed and comfortable while still giving you total privacy. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Great water pressure, lovely den and kitchen area, fast internet and great TV options. We loved the hot tub and sauna. A must if you visit- indulge! Honestly, we wished we had booked more time here as it was the most relaxed we had been our entire trip. We will plan to come back when we visit Idaho again in a few months without a doubt. Don’t hesitate to book your time here. You will be glad you did!!

How can you go wrong with a nice, quiet place on the lake?! Jill’s place is nestled into a spot on Long Lake that is not overcrowded and with easy step access down to the lake. We had plenty of visits by wildlife to make the place feel magical (including two mating bald eagles in a tree right outside the front door)! The house is well stocked with all the amenities you need for a nice retreat on the lake.

Great location and rental property. Felt like home and had everything you would possibly need. Water and fishing were amazing. Only feedback is the owners boat was there so we had to improvise parking our boat which became a challenge during windy conditions. The photos and narratives of the place did not include this information about the owners boat. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

we really enjoyed our stay at Margaret's place. the surroundings are beautiful, the home is beautiful, and Margaret was very accommodating. it was easy to get in and out, the rules were reasonable, and we really enjoyed ourselves. thank you, margaret!

A beautiful property and a lovely space. We were in Spokane due to a family emergency and were incredibly grateful for the wide open living space, the southern exposure with all the light, and the peaceful setting. The family lives upstairs yet the lower level access was private and we felt very comfortable. The space is incredibly clean, open, and inviting. The internet held up nicely as I needed to work remotely and had no issues. Setting up the laptop and looking out at the river at the edge of the lawn was a dream. There are indeed six large, well appointed bedrooms surrounding a large common area which includes the kitchen. The term my family used to summarize our stay - therapeutic. We were very grateful.

This was a very peaceful, clean, and comfortable stay away from any hint of hustle and bustle! Be sure to stop somewhere for groceries (the local general store is very limited). The whole place was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms, including games, towels, and an electric bbq on the patio with the most amazing view. We were looking for a quiet scenic get away and this place nailed it. Fishing access was great, space for camp chairs and a lunch box! No fish caught, but the views kept our eyes occupied anyway. Carts in the well lit parking garage were nice to make a single trip with luggage and groceries through the elevators. We recommend using the optional key for entry, the long code was a bit cumbersome with timing it right, but the key worked great. Internet speed was more than sufficient for streaming (after a phone call we learned the directv boxes and fireplace are disconnected). HVAC was adjustable and very comfortable. We are looking forward to returning.

Phillip and his wife have been very kind to us. We were scheduled to arrive early the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. communication with them was easy and friendly. They even made sure we had extra chairs available for our Thanksgiving dinner with family. Unfortunately on our way to Idaho we were in a massive car accident that left us in the hospital for several days. We missed out on our stay at this property. Philip and his wife were very understanding and sent us all the well wishes and healing vibes. We recommend staying at this property based on the kindness we received from the hosts. We will certainly be attempting another stay with them as soon as we can.

This is a beautiful townhouse with a great view of the lake. Very clean and comfortable. I liked that there were TV’s and fans in the rooms. Shower was great in the master. This location is about 25 minute down steep terrain to get to Coeur D’Alene and restaurants. There isn’t really anything close or within walking distance if you are looking to be near town. The parking space was a little difficult to find as the spaces aren’t in numerical order as you would expect!

The condo was beautiful and cozy. The beds were comfy and it was within walking distance to the water, great restaurants, and entertainment. It was the perfect getaway! We would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed at Melissa's condo for 4 nights while in Spokane for a family wedding. It was very convenient to my sisters home so that was a huge plus for us. Communication and check-in was very great. It was super clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with all the basics. It was hot while we were there, but there are plenty of fans so it stayed very comfortable. It is right on the highway, so there's definitely road noise when sitting out on the patio. But you don't notice it inside. We had a great stay and we'll definitely stay here again next time we come to Spokane and need to rent a place. Highly recommend!

So much to love in a great condo. We had an amazing time with close access to the water for our boat. We would stay here again for sure.
