Vacation rentals with beach access in Portslade, Brighton and Hove

A fantastic flat in the heart of Hove, with easy access to the station and bus stop right outside. Easy car parking available at Hove station, just 2 minutes from the flat. The flat was clean, and had all the amenities including a high chair and travel cot for our 12 month old daughter. The two bedrooms were perfect for us, as it meant she could have her own room to sleep in. The kitchen dining room was a great space for us all to relax and a nice floor space for our very active crawling baby! Overall we would highly recommend for a small family (2 adults and a baby) as it suited us fabulously for a short holiday by the sea!

We had a great couple of days staying here. The apartment was exactly as descibed and well situated to easily travel to Brighton and Worthing. A great find!

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

We had a lovely stay here - the home is very nice, and at a great location, the garden and views were perfect. The host gave helpful clear instructions, we had no issues with parking, and made use of the recommendation of restaurants from the host. The main road noise did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at this property. We celebrated a 98th birthday here. Was just perfect to open the conservatory doors and be straight onto the beach. Very clean and spacious home. Everything we needed was in the property. Very easy access to all attractions nearby. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the beautiful Driftwood. We were very lucky with the weather so took full advantage of the balcony area watching the seafront and everything going on. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome message, wine and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. The house is exactly as described and as per the photos and the views are amazing. Lots of extra little touches make it feel very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Simone was the perfect host. Clear arrival instructions, very proactive with excellent communication. Simone was able to offer us an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend a visit to Driftwood!

Beautiful house and felt like a real home from home. Beds were very comfortable and ideal for our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The property has a stunning kitchen area and the whole house is decorated to a very high standard. Everything available you could need (all the little basics) and more. Lovely touches like a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits etc. This is probably one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in and so conveniently placed halfway between useful shopping area and the beach. Local park nearby for children too and parking for up to 4 vehicles behind a large secure gate. Only criticism (although minor) is the windows would benefit from blackout blinds as we all tended to wake up early due to sunshine streaming in despite blinds being drawn. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay - would highly recommend this property for family holiday /get together and we are very likely to return.

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

This is a fantastic house, everything has been thought of. It is well equipped and very clean. We had a lovely weekend with 16 of us staying for 3 nights. There are restaurants close by, plus plenty of walks and parks/play areas for children, with the added bonus of the beach being immediately opposite the property. The balcony has room for everyone to enjoy the sea views and watch the world go by. At breakfast and dinner we all comfortably sat around the table on floor 2, and there is another large table in the downstairs kitchen. We cooked a roast for us all very easily as both kitchens have large fridge/freezers, plenty of pans, utensils, plates, large bowls and cutlery. We would definitely recommend this property to any large party looking for a great place to stay by the sea.

Sillwood Mews was a perfect location for our stay in Brighton. The house was perfect for 6 adults, very clean with detailed instructions for all appliances and parking etc. The beds and Sofas were all very comfortable and we were able to spend time outside in the Courtyard Garden as well as chilling in the house. Jayne was super responsive providing lots of local information as well as the guides to using the house. The house is only a 2 minute walk to the beach, with a wonderful flat walk along the promenade to town and the Lanes area of Brighton. We need to return so that we can try more of the individual bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc and we would definitely stay at Sillwood Mews when we do return.

The apartment is perfect decorated with real style . Beautifully set up and a superb location. Jaclyn is super helpful and responds quickly - and has a great sense of humor. My 86 year old mother loved it !

Really easy to find with off road parking. Up to the first floor, and wow, what a view of the coast from the living area and bedroom. A spacious living space and great balcony to sit outside. Large bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen and complimentary tea/coffee/breakfast. Nice and clean and airy. Everything you need for a relaxing stay at the quieter end of the beach and a stone's throw from Bognor centre. Finn was helpful and easy to contact for our arrival. I would definitely stay here again, it's such a relaxing space. A visit to Arundel is a must, the wetlands, castle and gardens and Swanbourne lake.

Alan's place was perfect for our annual trip to Brighton. It looked exactly like the photos and we felt instantly at home. We really enjoyed the decor and all the little touches that had been put in place to make our stay super easy. Alan was so friendly and provided clear instructions for check in, plus he even informed us the day before that the flat would be available for an earlier check in, allowing us to arrive earlier in the day so we could enjoy our time in Brighton for a little longer. The location was perfect for us, very close to the heart of Seven Dials but set back from a main road so it's nice and quiet. The quantity of lovely stuff immediately on the doorstep plus being just a short walk to the center of town made this place a very convenient location to stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone that comes across it. Thanks again for having us Alan 😁

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The views out over Brighton/Hove and the sea from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen are just stunning. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Clear and detailed instructions for how to access the apartment and loads of recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink. Fantastic communication right from booking and James even messaged on our first morning to check everything was OK. Brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was lovely and as described. Location was perfect, on the seafront and facing the i360. It had everything we needed. It was very clean (we’re not the type of people who go looking for dust as nowhere is spotless!!) Bed settee could maybe do with a mattress topper but it was ok for a couple of nights, the king bed and single bed were very comfortable and a very high standard of bed linen. We will definitely stay here again.
