The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

A classy accommodation renovated in mid-2022 with a private garden that enjoys a breathtaking view and a privileged position overlooking the sea. Located a few steps from the beach and the town of Portovenere, Giardino di Venere offers all the comforts to relax in an oasis of quiet ideal for couples, families or group of friends. The Villa was designed in 1932 by the most renowned architect of that time, Marcello Piacentini, and consists of two elegant apartments that can comfortably host altogether 10 guests. The property is located in Portovenere County and features an amazing, well furnished, 5000 m2 or 1.3 ac park, overlooking from a privileged position the open water of the Gulf of La Spezia . It also features 101 m or 300 ft of private coastline with private platforms and smooth access to the water.

The apartment is divided by a common corridor that gives access to two other apartments, typical of this village. From 1 April 2019 the municipality of Portovenere has established the tourist tax: 2€ per person per night.
