Vacation rentals with a pool in Porto Rotondo

We had a really lovely stay at Luigi's place and he was the perfect host. Lovely apartment, lovely pool and so close to multiple beaches, all within 5-10 min walks. Palau centre was also extremely accessible and you could walk to the harbour within minutes, and take the boat to La Maddalena. Perfect break for us! Thank you Luigi. We hope to be back!

Leisan was onze reddende engel! Onze vakantie begon onrustig: het eerste appartement bleek luidruchtig en we kwamen niet tot rust. Via Airbnb gingen we op zoek naar een nieuw verblijf en zo kwamen we bij villa Chiara terecht. De villa was eigenlijk nog niet klaar voor verhuur. Toen ik uitlegde dat de huidige accommodatie niet voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, beloofde ze om toch zo spoedig mogelijk de villa in orde te maken ondanks de uitdaging dat het lastminute was. Dezelfde dag was het toch geregeld! Toen we aankwamen, rook je het vers gemaaide gras, het zwembad lag er strak bij, en de villa was net helemaal schoongemaakt. Wat een verademing! Tijdens ons verblijf was Leisan super bereikbaar en gaf ze ons veel leuke tips. Dankzij haar hebben we onze vakantie alsnog heerlijk kunnen afsluiten. Het bed sliep heerlijk, kastruimte was enorm en de horren voor elke raam en deur was fijn! Zo kon je toch alles open zetten. Leisan, ontzettend bedankt en we komen zeker een keer terug!

The apartment of Italo is very clean and has everything you need. Italo was helpful and received us with an extensive tour in and around the apartment. The underground parking is a nice bonus. We expected more from Olbia but recommend this apartment to those who are passing through Sardinia and are looking for a place to stay in Oblia for a few nights.

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Luana’s house was fantastic! The property was spacious and well-equipped, with each room having its own bathroom, which added extra convenience and comfort. The good-sized washing machine was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Luana was very responsive whenever any issues arose, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

Julian was a very responsive host he always answered messages super quick. Any problems or issues were responded and dealt with at the earliest opportunity. Recycling is huge in Sardinia and prior to arrival Julian communicated the procedure so on arrival with help of instructions we knew exactly what was expected and found it easy to carry out. The property is in a beautiful area with surrounding countryside and lovely walks with spectacular views and something I enjoyed taking full advantage of while watching the sun rise across the sea. The property is also conveniently located near to beautiful villages and beaches I would suggest you hire a car as it is quite rural and taxis are expensive. We had an amazing time and cannot praise Sardinia enough, it exceeded our expectations and Julian’s property was perfect to explore the Northeast of Sardinia.

Can not fault the location of this property. We enjoyed both the beach and pool nearby and a few other beaches on la Maddalena and further down the coast. Very helpful and responsive host. We would very much like to come back another time and recommend to family and friends. Going in May seemed to be a quiet enough time to go where everything had a nice buzz and the pool and beaches were not over crowded. Do be mindful of pot holes and the edges of the roads as we ended up with a flat tyre on route.

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Tutto è andato oltre alle nostre aspettative che erano cmq molto alte. L'Appartamento è comodissimo e molto bello (tengo a sottolineare che dal vivo è molto piu bello di quello che si vede nelle foto..) super pulito in un residence davvero fantastico con una piscina con acqua salata, una vera chicca. Vorrei inoltre complimentarmi con la persona che è stata, sin dal primo giorno, il nostro referente, il sig. Marco Gallo. Una persona squisitissima, di una gentilezza rara e professionalmente impeccabile. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a dare preziosissimi consigli ed indicazioni di qualsiasi genere. La mia valutazione generale quindi è eccellente!

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Giuseppe. Sa femme était très disponible et gentille. Un quartier très calme pas loin de la plage, petit supermarché, restaurant sympas et de la grande route pour découvrir autour. Olbia à moins de 30 mins. Budoni à 5 mins. Une piscine au top, propre, belle, équipée chaise etc….. Merci beaucoup

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. David hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und hat immer geholfen wo er konnte. Super netter Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die nahegelegenen Buchten zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und den Angaben, wie z.B. Babybett und Sonnenschirme. Der zur Unterkunft gehörende Gemeinschaftspool ist ganz nett, jedoch waren wir lieber am Strand. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell bei Problemen, wie z.B. einen Stromausfall reagiert. Bis nach Olbia und dem Flughafen sind es mit dem Auto max. 10 Minuten. In Murta Maria gibt’s einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Wir können die Unterkunft für zwei Personen und einem Kind uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein wunderbares Feriendomizil: tolle Lage, großzügig und gemütlich. Einzig der Gasherd benötigt eine Überholung, technische Reinigung (und die Messer ebenso). Kleinigkeiten … Poollandschaft, Umgebung, Infrastruktur: Top … und Ruhe mit tollem Ausblick mitten in der Natur. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke!

Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich von Antonella empfangen, welche jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und unendlich freundlich war. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und das Grundstück bestens gepflegt. Einzig die Auffahrt ist nicht auf Anhieb zu finden und nicht besonders schön - abgesehen davon ist diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne und tolle Unterkunft. Einzig negativer Punkt: Die Küche ist kaum ausgestattet (keine Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Kaffe, etc.), was für diesen Preis eigentlich doch fair wäre. Für Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klimaanlage muss man extra bezahlen. Ansonsten ist die Villa traumhaft und die Lage ebenso. Interhome Group ist stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Danke für den unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Everything about the villa was great - the location, spec and extremely clean were all excellent. Lara and Pietruccia were very helpful, particularly when we locked ourselves out. Check in and out were smooth, although having to give a cash deposit isn't ideal, and some initial confusion over the stated air conditioning fee actually being for electricity - although Lara was understanding and helpful in resolving it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Prachtige plek, dichtbij enkele mooie strandjes. Heerlijk zwembad. Meerdere terrassen. Het huis is op orde. Heerlijke ruimtes, met airco als nodig (wij waren er in april dus geen gebruik van gemaakt). Er zijn geen vaatblokjes en geen vuilniszakken of olie, alleen peper en zout, iets uitgebreider assortiment zou wel fijn geweest zijn.

We stayed in villa gardenia with 4 people for 4 nights. Amazing garden/patio for breakfast and dinner. Amazing outdoor bbq Nice Pool with outdoor shower options Great kitchen with great cooking possibilities and living room space Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2) are not very spacious but still fine, we found the beds were comfortable A few everyday things could be provided for free for all guests to make life easier for guests - for example we only had one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom Unnecessary or rather awkward extra costs such as Air conditioning and bed sheets / towels. Would be easier if everything were just included in a fix price Possibility to use the washing machine House beach in walking distance (5 mins) Access to the house is easy but the road is relatively bumpy and rough for about 500 m so don’t use your private Porsche if you have one ☝🏽 All in all highly recommend

maison spacieuse conforme aux photos, paisible, la vue magnifique, piscine agréable et nettoyée plusieurs fois par semaine, barbecue tout pour passer un excellent séjour. Chasse d eau et prise électrique à réparer, manque quelques petits détails pratiques dans la cuisine (sac à poubelle,produit pour le lave vaisselle et allume gaz)... Sinon rien à redire, à louer sans hésiter.

Très bon séjour, magnifique villa avec une vue exceptionnelle. Cependant, dommage de ne pas avoir eu le strict nécessaire à l’arrivée (papier toilette, draps, sel, poivre) Maison agréable où on s’y sent bien.
