The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. Immersed in an oasis of tranquility, the villa offers unparalleled tranquility, ideal for those who want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

We had a great time staying at the large spacious villa. A real nice view from the terrace on the pool and sea and garden! Very friendly and helpful host Guiseppe. I can really recommend this beautiful villa!

We had a wonderful vacation at Ute's house. Ute welcomed us very warmly and the house was perfect! Everything you need, nicely and cleanly decorated and in wonderful nature. We can warmly recommend this house and thank you for the great time :-)

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful spacious home. The views from the roof were spectacular. There was plenty of room for people to work at different tables. We enjoyed the foosball table and generally enjoyed ourselves enormously while there, we alI had a chance to get a dip in the pool and sit by that beautiful garden. You should be very proud of your establishment, and the comfortable surroundings that it provides for everybody in such a congenial setting. A 5 star experience from start to finish

What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This place was absolutely amazing. A short drive to Palermo and within easy day-tripping distance to Palermo, Cefalu, Segesta, Monreal. A perfect base for exploring the area, yet set on an expansive, quiet, private, peaceful property surrounded by olive trees. The drive there and roads are in great condition and there are lots of routes for jogging and hiking nearby. The house was clean, excellent chef's kitchen with all the supplies you would need, including extras (coffee, olive oil, balsamic, etc all included). The pool is large and beautiful and there are open and covered outdoor areas to sunbathe, read and eat. The hosts were very responsive. Thunderstorms shut down the wifi on a couple of occasions and they were very responsive and had the internet back up in hours with a promise to bring in portable wifi if needed. We were given some lovely Sicilian desserts on arrival and the hosts escorted us to the cute nearby town to a restaurant for dinner. We will be back!

Very nice and clean apartment. The pool is an extra addition to the place. The only minus of the whole experience is the location since there is not really much to do in the near area.

The villa is beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort. The pool and well-kept garden offer total relaxation and privacy. Great location, quiet but close to everything. Welcoming and helpful hosts. An unforgettable experience that we highly recommend!

Agrostino graciously welcomed us to this calming oasis, which we is turn gratefully accepted after navigating narrow Sicilian lanes in Palermo and the drive to Trapani. The apartment’s high ceilings, exceptionally well-designed, simple rooms, decorated with palette of soft colors soothed our souls. We were always so grateful to return after a day exploring the area. The first night we ate an excellent seafood restaurant Antichi Sapporo, a lively place in Centro Storica, where some of the local regulars shared their biscotti and dessert wine with us. During a day trip to lovely ancient Erica was unfortunately burdened by the presence of many tourists but we discovered a fantastic boutique bar Domus Blanca, where the owner sells her own designs, brightly colored silk patterned dresses and coats. Along with this her husband and colleagues run a bar and restaurant where we were served delicious Amaretto Sours served with homemade Amaretto liqueur. The charming Cantina Siciliana fill

Our experience was like expected. The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and showed great hospitality. He even went out of his way to treat us with delicious goodies, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to have stayed longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and beautiful view. 300 meters to the beautiful beach. To the town with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

Alessandra is very helpful. The House is clean and situated in a beautiful area. The entrance is a little bit hard to find for the first time.

Villa was great although the location of the villa could be better. But if you have rented a car or have your own (as we did) then it is not so problematic. Villa was clean, all looked basically the same as in the pictures. The keyholder Carmen was very supportive and helpful. Her English was not so good, but the communication was manageable. For example she helped to find transportation to the local restaurants.
