Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

A beautiful part of Devon, easy access to Cornwall and the North Cornish coast, quite nice being next to the farm with all of the animals, very little light pollution meaning you can take nice nightscape photos if you desire, there is a nice walk directly from the house to a nearby village… thank you

One night is not enough!! The hot tub was the highlight of this place as it felt super relaxing and calming after our super long drive to cornwall. We visited cornwall’s beaches and Shaun’s place was so comfortable and cozy that we only wish we could stay for a bit longer or at least be able to check-in earlier for a more relaxing experience. The bathroom was squeaky clean, hygienic and really cute and made the girls feel comfortable as home. The cottage had almost all amenities needed for the stay. It was one of the most affordable places in Cornwall and would definitely return!

Wow! What an incredible 6 days we had staying at Nicola’s place. It was for my partners 21st birthday and Nicola put up banners and balloons which was lovely of her. We both had the best time, it was both of our first time in Cornwall and we explored so much in the time we was there. Boscastle is an amazing place to stay as St Ives was just over an hour away, Marazion was an hour away, Newquay just under an hour. Even the local beaches and exploring Boscastle was so much fun. It really was a great location, the views, the sunsets/ sunrises everything truly was amazing and we will 100% be back in the future. Thank you so much for having us and as I say we thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Cornwall.

We had the most wonderful stay at Apple Barn! Alan and Davina are incredible hosts. The welcome tray is a lovely touch especially Davina’s delicious lemon cake. We loved the hot tub and the home itself is so comfortable, clean, well-decorated and contains anything you could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back:)

We recently returned from a three night stay at Dunstone Cottage, it was excellent from start to finish. The cottage is beautiful and very clean, it has everything you could possibly need and there were a few lovely extra touches too. The bed is very comfortable and the hot tub was a real highlight. A perfect stay for our ‘mini-moon’, thank you Claire.

Wow, how lovely is willow barn and the lovely owners? Gina and David were very attentive and welcoming, the barn is very clean and comfortable with a lovely hot tub in a beautiful secret garden which felt so special. Gina and David were very accomading and couldn't be more helpful. Big comfortable bed and everything you could need with stunning views all around. Couldn't recommend enough!

For someone who enjoys nature, i got the opportunity to do a bbq, area for my little dog to play. Outdoor cooking area, as if you are camping. Cosy space for 2 and the dog. Coastal hiking area only 10minutes walk away. 20minutes walk from accom to the village. Kate and Simon are very helpful, upon arrival we received some great complimentary items and there are books to read, of course leave them where you found them please. Just wanted to say, butter you provide is delicious 🤗 and of course highly recommend fresh fresh bread from St Agnes bakery.

De cottage ligt heel centraal gelegen om uitstappen te doen. De mijnhistoriek is overal aanwezig in het landschap. Een heel leuk tuintje en een cottage die helemaal in orde is en smaakvol ingericht is met alle comfort. De bedden zijn zalig om op te slapen enkel is het dubbel bed maar een 1,50m breed. Toch goed om weten als je met 2 volwassen koppels daar verblijft. Voor de rest was alles pico bello in orde.

You cannot find a more beautiful and peaceful location for a few days rest within nature. Their homestead is so quiet apart from bird song. The cottage is very calm and comfortable with a beautiful log fire in the cooler evenings. The private garden and terrace you have has wonderful views and is ideal for eating alfresco plus a very roomy private car park. Bed is super comfortable with lovely high quality linen. I would not hesitate to stay again and the cheeky gorgeous Truffle Cockerpoo owners dog is very friendly and welcoming.

Super friendly helpful hosts with a great cottage with everything you need for your stay. Comfy bed. Top notch power shower. Nice coffee machine. Cottage is edge of village with some fabulous views. Quiet and comfy accommodation. Walkable (5 minutes) friendly locals pub in village. Walkable (10 minutes) Spar supermarket and the lovely Kay’s Fish and Chip shop. Thanks Jim and Lyn. The cottage was great! It had a lovely atmosphere, it was light and bright during the day and cosy in the evening. All the rooms upstairs and down were a good size and very clean. The location was good, very easy walk into the village with good pubs and cafes and to local beaches. Highly recommended!

Alison and Chris were the perfect hosts. Friendly and thorough communication throughout. We arrived to glorious weather and we enjoyed a cuppa out on the terrace enjoying the stunning view. It is far better than their description. We spent our evenings watching the glorious sunsets and coastal lights twinkling in the distance. The house was tastefully decorated and incredibly spacious and comfortable (so much so we actually ordered/purchased sofas for our home as they were so comfy). Kitchen had everything and more. They really thought of everything to give that luxury home-from-home feeling and it was very much to our taste. The bedroom had duel aspect windows allowing plenty of light around the large room. The huge bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in a rental and together with fresh bed linen and with area being so quiet and peaceful it ensured a great nights sleep. Having a parking space next to rental with a sea-view is a real find too. We will return soon.

What a special place. We stayed for 10 days and booked both cottages as our family were meeting up and we needed the extra space. It was perfect for us and well equipped for self catering on the nights we didn’t go out. If really is only 10 mins walk through a beautiful bit of woodland along a path to the coastal path and sea, and then walkable to Helford or Maenporth with coves you can swim in along the way. For me and my dog that’s perfect! Ailsa was very friendly and accommodating and very quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend as a coastal Cornish base and hope to return.

Great stay - location was brilliant. Stones throw from the quayside where the kids spent many happy hours crabbing. Perfect for what we were looking for and a great base to explore both North and South shore Cornwall. Will miss the view out of the top bedroom so much. Thanks Nic for being so responsive during our trip.

Enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay in Mevagissey. The snug was comfortable, clean, well-equipped and beautifully located. Parking was friendly and convenient - felt very happy leaving the car there overnight. Peaceful, yet centrally located, it was perfect for wandering around the harbour and joining the coastal path - would highly recommend 'The Fish Grill' and neighbouring ice-cream stand on the harbour for exceptionally fresh and beautifully cooked fish. Welcome treats were much appreciated after a long drive, and it was a delight to walk into such a thoughtfully maintained cottage which immediately felt clean and homely. The secure courtyard garden was appreciated for our dog, and there is a grassy area a quick walk up the hill. We would happily return and recommend the property/area. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage, with easy access to beaches and the coast path, and the additional benefit of free entry to Caerhays Castle Garden at this time of year. Luke gave us plenty of detail about the cottage, and the delicious selection of treats awaiting us in the kitchen was a lovely surprise. We had a relaxing and enjoyable break and we were sad to leave.

I cannot speak highly enough of our stay. Firstly, the location is fantastic - everything is a short walk away and it’s a beautiful place. The house is just wonderful - it actually had way more space than we were expecting - and it’s so stylish and welcoming. Gorgeous. Having the parking space was really handy, and the house had absolutely everything we needed and more. Damian was a great, responsive host. I’m sure we’ll be back!

We had a fabulous holiday at 2a Coastguard cottage, it was very clean and well equipped. The sea views from the cottage are spectacular and the location is great, it's so close to the beach, amenities and the coastal paths. We hope to return for another holiday!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Piggeries. We were in town for a big celebration - but were delighted with the accommodations and its close proximity to both Zennor and Gurnard’s Head. We particularly loved our cow neighbors and the gorgeous fields adjacent to walking paths and beautiful moors. Everything was perfect. We’ve recommended the Piggeries to so many people at the party and part of the extended family that lives near by that we worry we might not be able to book again. We had a wonderful trip to Cornwall and staying at this quiet and lovely place was perfect place to relax after hikes and sightseeing. Very comfortable bathroom and beds. Kitchen had all the high end details and sitting outside in courtyard was so relaxing. Super helpful on one item we had trouble with. Would stay again!!

Me and my partner loved spending our week off from work here. The location was absolutely perfect with stunning views and lovely walks. It is in a perfect location, around 20/30 minutes from nearby towns and coast. The hosts provided lovely honey, butter, bread and milk and the house itself was homely and clean. They were responsive but gave us privacy. It was very easy to find the property and easy to check in. We are very much looking forward to coming back to this property in the future. Everything was perfect for a stay-cation thank you so much :)
