Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

A beautiful part of Devon, easy access to Cornwall and the North Cornish coast, quite nice being next to the farm with all of the animals, very little light pollution meaning you can take nice nightscape photos if you desire, there is a nice walk directly from the house to a nearby village… thank you

One night is not enough!! The hot tub was the highlight of this place as it felt super relaxing and calming after our super long drive to cornwall. We visited cornwall’s beaches and Shaun’s place was so comfortable and cozy that we only wish we could stay for a bit longer or at least be able to check-in earlier for a more relaxing experience. The bathroom was squeaky clean, hygienic and really cute and made the girls feel comfortable as home. The cottage had almost all amenities needed for the stay. It was one of the most affordable places in Cornwall and would definitely return!

Wow! What an incredible 6 days we had staying at Nicola’s place. It was for my partners 21st birthday and Nicola put up banners and balloons which was lovely of her. We both had the best time, it was both of our first time in Cornwall and we explored so much in the time we was there. Boscastle is an amazing place to stay as St Ives was just over an hour away, Marazion was an hour away, Newquay just under an hour. Even the local beaches and exploring Boscastle was so much fun. It really was a great location, the views, the sunsets/ sunrises everything truly was amazing and we will 100% be back in the future. Thank you so much for having us and as I say we thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Cornwall.

We recently returned from a three night stay at Dunstone Cottage, it was excellent from start to finish. The cottage is beautiful and very clean, it has everything you could possibly need and there were a few lovely extra touches too. The bed is very comfortable and the hot tub was a real highlight. A perfect stay for our ‘mini-moon’, thank you Claire.

Wow, how lovely is willow barn and the lovely owners? Gina and David were very attentive and welcoming, the barn is very clean and comfortable with a lovely hot tub in a beautiful secret garden which felt so special. Gina and David were very accomading and couldn't be more helpful. Big comfortable bed and everything you could need with stunning views all around. Couldn't recommend enough!

A really lovely cottage in a great location. The cottage was clean, cosy and well equipped. The garden was absolutely beautiful and fully enclosed for our dog. Very thoughtful provision of dog towels.

Super friendly helpful hosts with a great cottage with everything you need for your stay. Comfy bed. Top notch power shower. Nice coffee machine. Cottage is edge of village with some fabulous views. Quiet and comfy accommodation. Walkable (5 minutes) friendly locals pub in village. Walkable (10 minutes) Spar supermarket and the lovely Kay’s Fish and Chip shop. Thanks Jim and Lyn. You cannot find a more beautiful and peaceful location for a few days rest within nature. Their homestead is so quiet apart from bird song. The cottage is very calm and comfortable with a beautiful log fire in the cooler evenings. The private garden and terrace you have has wonderful views and is ideal for eating alfresco plus a very roomy private car park. Bed is super comfortable with lovely high quality linen. I would not hesitate to stay again and the cheeky gorgeous Truffle Cockerpoo owners dog is very friendly and welcoming.

We loved our stay at wisteria cottage, the perfect place to relax after busy days exploring Cornwall. We walked to St Agnes from chapel porth beach which was lovely and also watched the amazing sunset from chapel porth beach. Laura was lovely and left scones and cream, local beers which we really enjoyed. Gave us lovely restaurant recommendations in St.Agnes. We loved St.Agnes on sunny mornings enjoying a coffee. The bed was also sooo comfortable like sleeping on a cloud!!! Thank you :)

The cottage was great! It had a lovely atmosphere, it was light and bright during the day and cosy in the evening. All the rooms upstairs and down were a good size and very clean. The location was good, very easy walk into the village with good pubs and cafes and to local beaches. Highly recommended!

Alison and Chris were the perfect hosts. Friendly and thorough communication throughout. We arrived to glorious weather and we enjoyed a cuppa out on the terrace enjoying the stunning view. It is far better than their description. We spent our evenings watching the glorious sunsets and coastal lights twinkling in the distance. The house was tastefully decorated and incredibly spacious and comfortable (so much so we actually ordered/purchased sofas for our home as they were so comfy). Kitchen had everything and more. They really thought of everything to give that luxury home-from-home feeling and it was very much to our taste. The bedroom had duel aspect windows allowing plenty of light around the large room. The huge bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in a rental and together with fresh bed linen and with area being so quiet and peaceful it ensured a great nights sleep. Having a parking space next to rental with a sea-view is a real find too. We will return soon.

We had another wonderful stay at the cottage last week. Thank you so much, Nicola. The cottage was just how we remembered it from last time. Lots of thoughtful things in the cottage, which you then don’t have to go out and buy (kitchen and loo roll, washing products etc, to name a few). The cottage has been really well thought out and furnished to lovely standard so you feel right at home. The linens are very good and I appreciated the quality appliances in the kitchen too. Enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay in Mevagissey. The snug was comfortable, clean, well-equipped and beautifully located. Parking was friendly and convenient - felt very happy leaving the car there overnight. Peaceful, yet centrally located, it was perfect for wandering around the harbour and joining the coastal path - would highly recommend 'The Fish Grill' and neighbouring ice-cream stand on the harbour for exceptionally fresh and beautifully cooked fish. Welcome treats were much appreciated after a long drive, and it was a delight to walk into such a thoughtfully maintained cottage which immediately felt clean and homely. The secure courtyard garden was appreciated for our dog, and there is a grassy area a quick walk up the hill. We would happily return and recommend the property/area. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Thank you Suzy for an unforgettable stay at Brook cottage. The location was perfect and the cottage itself was cosy and totally stunning. The cottage has been kept and maintained to a very high standard, with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were a family of 4 with a teenager and toddler and everything we needed was available - buckets, spades, beach towels and spare phone chargers to name a few. The interior design was beautiful, and the welcome basket was a really nice touch on arrival. We will definitely be returning, thank you again Suzy for being so lovely and accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough of our stay. Firstly, the location is fantastic - everything is a short walk away and it’s a beautiful place. The house is just wonderful - it actually had way more space than we were expecting - and it’s so stylish and welcoming. Gorgeous. Having the parking space was really handy, and the house had absolutely everything we needed and more. Damian was a great, responsive host. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Johns place was perfect for a weeks relaxing and exploring in Mevagissey. He provided detailed instructions on how to access the property alongside helpful recommendations for exploring the local area. Wonderful property for a couple but could easily house 4 people. A fabulous find!!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Piggeries. We were in town for a big celebration - but were delighted with the accommodations and its close proximity to both Zennor and Gurnard’s Head. We particularly loved our cow neighbors and the gorgeous fields adjacent to walking paths and beautiful moors. Everything was perfect. We’ve recommended the Piggeries to so many people at the party and part of the extended family that lives near by that we worry we might not be able to book again. Me and my partner loved spending our week off from work here. The location was absolutely perfect with stunning views and lovely walks. It is in a perfect location, around 20/30 minutes from nearby towns and coast. The hosts provided lovely honey, butter, bread and milk and the house itself was homely and clean. They were responsive but gave us privacy. It was very easy to find the property and easy to check in. We are very much looking forward to coming back to this property in the future. Everything was perfect for a stay-cation thank you so much :)

If you are hesitating about booking Cliff Cottage in Portloe then please don’t even question it…just book it! By far the loveliest Air B n b we have had the privilege to stay in. Annie and Giovanni are perfect hosts. Charming, warm, always available and welcoming but never intrusive. Together they have created a little piece of heaven. The cottage is gorgeous and perfectly situated. The incomparable views, peace and tranquillity, creative interior design, attention to detail, thoughtful extras and the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage combine to create something truly magical. They have literally thought of everything. We felt instantly at home. My husband spent most of his time staring out of the window enjoying the views and we loved spending time in the garden and enjoying the sound of the waves. Loads to do in the local area. Stunning coastal walks in either direction and the village of Portloe captured our hearts. We truly did not want to leave.
