Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. Its a five minute drive to the city, or alternatively a popular 30 minute walk along the foreshore into town.
