The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

There is room for a small caravan, camper, or boat next to shed at rear of property. There is also a two car carport at the rear of the house. Its a five minute drive to the city, or alternatively a popular 30 minute walk along the foreshore into town.
