Monthly Rentals in Pombriego

Very comfortable house for use, small and collected. Everything was very clean. Access to the house is for a cancel. There is an outdoor area with a porch, which in our case we use a lot in the afternoons to work (little coverage) This outdoor area is outside the house, as if it were a patio formed by 3 facades of the neighboring houses and a fenced only area where the barbecue is. Both Natalia and her family were very friendly at all times. In our case we were looking for a few quiet days to combine rest and work, so it was perfect.

Susana's studio is located on the edge of the village of Orellán and only 2 km away from the viewpoint of the fabulous Roman gold mines LAS MÉDULAS, which belong to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are many hiking trails and attractions in the area, and the studio is wonderfully secluded and quiet. Since it was cold outside, it was wonderfully warm inside, in the living room as well as in the bathroom. Every now and then Susana's two trusty goats would pass by outside the house. The neighborhood was wonderful to a well-kept, lovingly furnished country inn, about 500 m away, called O PALLEIRO DO PE DO FORNO. There you can eat tasty and inexpensive food, and if you want, you can learn the history of this old house. All in all, I am very happy with my four-day stay and would love to come back.

Carlos was a great host. We went for a family weekend with my baby and 2 dogs and the house was great. Super rural and with all the amenities that any modern house can have. Carlos gave us instructions and information about restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies… around the area. He even brought us a basket with the organic vegetables that grow it. All in all, it was a 10 stay, I wish all the hosts and houses were like that. We fell in love with Casa Cheerful in Orellán. Thank you so much Carlos! A hug.

Good experience at Berni's place. Easy arrival. The house is very cozy with good heating and a good bathroom. Very spacious rooms. And private garage that gives a lot of play. She also had us prepared fruit, soluble cocoa and coffee, toaster, very complete everything.
