The Shepherds Hut lies hidden away in an idyllic and private location nestling in open farmland and yet is situated only 1.5 miles from the surf at Polzeath. With Rock and the ferry to Padstow only 3 miles away. The Hut has a woodburning stove for those chilly nights as well as an electric hob and a small fridge. Pots, pans, plates, and cutlery are supplied for your use. Your private bathroom is roughly 20 metres from The Hut, with electric shower, loo and butlers sink with hot and cold water.

Off grid Shepherds hut with amazing sea views and wood fired hot tub. located on our farm overlooking Port Quin bay, a short walk to the sea, located between Port Isaac and Polzeath. The hut was hand built on our 400 acre, sheep, beef and arable farm. The hut is situated with a great sea view, a 5 minute walk from car access across one of our sheep grazing fields. Bring your wellies for the field and flip flops for the beach! We also run a wood fired Sauna cabin at Port Quin if Saunas your thing

My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 4 kids or 2 adults, or just use it as an extra living room.
