A great place for a family vacation. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, with all the conveniences. Mr Maher is alaways available and ready to help with anything. The location is perfect - in a green and quiet neighbourhood but within easy reach of the city centre. The bus stop is right outside the gate!

Gregor's place is perfectly located for people visiting IST Austria, it's a 5 min walk. The garden is very pleasant, and the neighborhood is very quiet and close to beautiful trails in the Viennese forest.

Silvia Faye has the greatest sense of clients satisfaction and customer service. She is highly proactive, respectful and responsive to make your arrival and stay very comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend her place although it's a bit far from the city with few public transport around hence you need to plan your itinerary very well.

The accommodation was great, great restaurants around the corner, right on the Danube bike path. A walk through the village is also worthwhile

We were in Vienna for four days as a family of four and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is about 20 minutes by car or 26 minutes by train from the city center – the location is really excellent and highly recommended. It is a whole house with a large garden that we loved very much as a family. The view from the window is fantastically beautiful – simply breathtaking! The house is very well equipped, the hostess has given a lot of thought and everything is very clean and tastefully decorated with a lot of love for detail. Our children were thrilled and praised the host's warmth and helpfulness. The hostess personally welcomed us and recommended great restaurants and sightseeing destinations in the area. This place was the best during our trip – we'd love to stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Thank you very much.

We (family with two elderly teenagers) had an great stay at the end of the summer holidays. The garden for green Aue and sup riding was particularly popular. The roommates (cats, guinea pigs) were quickly lovingly familiar to us. The location with proximity to the Danube, the monastery, the vineyards and all the amenities Vienna has to offer is excellent.

Beatrice made us so welcome and took us around her home and explained how everything worked.Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her. The welcome pack was more than we have ever had - so much! The house was spotless and warm . The garden beautiful, with so much outdoor furniture. The host is the best ever! Thank you Beatrice for all your help We look forward to going again soon and often

The apartment was super nice, very clean and pleasantly quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The public transport connection is excellent, you are in Vienna city center in a very short time. Vesselin is a very nice and helpful host who was always available and had many great tips for things to do in Vienna. Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and had a wonderful stay in Vienna. Highly recommended – we will be happy to come back!

The location in the Vienna Woods is really fantastic, the walk to the Annahof is also very worthwhile! Christa & Christian were super nice and we felt very comfortable!

We travel a lot and it's rare to find a place as great as Lukas. The house is pretty, convenient, comfortable, and well-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet. We had no difficulty parking our car on the adjacent street. There are shops for shopping and play areas for the children nearby. Lukas and his family are incredibly welcoming and kind. We had a perfect stay at this AirBnB, thank you again!

Martin was a fantastic host! The "Press" wine restaurant next to it- is a real Viennese beisl. An ideal place to wrap up a busy day and without fancy kicking. If you are looking for the unfortunately rare atmosphere of old Simmering, Martin is the place to be. In the middle of the sometimes somewhat rough surroundings, Martin's old building guest apartment is fascinating, beautifully maintained and equipped with a great garden and something very special for visitors who want to get to know the real authentic Vienna. In addition, the transport connection is optimal. We would like to come back!

Overall experience was very good. Daniel was very welcoming and very informative regarding the city tour. The apartment was very cozy and clean. Nearest transportation to the city center is approx 15 mins walk. Since the apartment is on the first floor heavy baggage can be kept in the main reception area which is under lock and key and small baggage can be taken upstairs. Overall it was a great experience.

It was a clean and tidy residence, nice setting, and the owner was welcoming and felt right at home!

We loved Markus's place as an assiduously clean, broadly accommodating, hermitically quiet and private, and meticulously well appointed place, and as an excellent launching point to shopping and restaurants in Wien. Markus's place also offers excellent back porch seating for contemplative reading and conversation. We also felt very enabled to do both distance walking and jogging with excellent elevation gain and mystical, magical high meadow views. So many ungulates! If you as a guest like your stay bright, clean, and emerald green, a stay infused with the energies, radiance and vibrance of sprightly natural woodlands and high pasture Austria, Markus's place is for you. Markus himself struck us as gentle, caring, deeply humble and reachable; as much, Markus is cautious to grant you quiet and privacy, consciously safeguarding these experiences for you. Luminous natural world stay!

The cozy log cabin has everything you need. Nina and her family are very friendly and perfect hosts. I could even play the harp outside without disturbing. And I was happy to meet a sound massage practitioner colleague and, of course, took the opportunity to get one myself. I will certainly come back to enjoy the wonderful tranquility and the forest.

Exactly what I was looking for

We immediately felt comfortable at Anna's place. Everything was super clean and lovingly furnished. The pool was the absolute hit with the hot temperatures. There were so many comfortable seating options...(inside and especially outside)

Super nice little cabin in the Texingtal! Super uncomplicated and really nice reception with bonfire and candles.
