Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Polignano a Mare

We had a nice stay, located in the center of Monopoli, within walking distance of various restaurants and attractions. The place was not difficult to find and we were given clear instructions and tips in advance where you can park your car for free. You get a typical stay in a 4-storey home with turnstiles which may not be easy for people who are not able to walk. It was very neat and especially the roof terrace was wonderful to start your day in the morning with a coffee.

Beautiful typical apartment on several levels with a rooftop and several balconies located close to the historic city center. Free parking space available in the adjacent street. Massimo is a proactive host, very welcoming, available and friendly. We enjoyed the rosé, taralli biscuits and water offered on arrival. Massimo also helped us carry our luggage up the steep stairs. The apartment is tastefully decorated and full of character. There are 2 large beds, one in a bedroom and the other in a mezzanine, as well as a sofa bed if needed, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a seating area. We would recommend this beautiful accommodation in Ostuni without hesitation!

Ina’s place was a hidden gem in the most perfect location in Puglia. Very easy to find via Google maps and super close to the main attractions in Puglia….a few minutes away from Alberobello. The villa was very clean and in such a quiet area. We would love to go back and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Great Place. As described. Host super responsive Only issue is we couldn't get Netflix to play on the TV but that's minor. Super clean apartment, well decorated, and good location. Sannicandro di Bari is my mother's hometown, and it was great to see.

Superb accommodation! Even better than the photos. 5 min to Locorotondo by car, 25 min walk.

The location is perfect for those seeking peace and privacy. The area is surrounded by nature, offering a truly tranquil atmosphere. The village supermarket is well stocked – an early morning walk for fresh bread is a real delight. Maria Franca was very kind and always available. The house is fully equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. Nicola was so nice and responsive to all our messages. Nicole came to meet us at check-in which was very easy. The location is very walkable to the historic area, close to train station and a supermarket on the corner of the building. Highly recommend staying at Nicola's place if you are visiting Bari.

Nice place in a central location to explore Puglia. Erasmina is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need. The roof terrace is an additional highlight.

I would say no surprises! Everything corresponds to what is described, the house inside is basic, the veranda is the real plus of the house! If I may, I would add some kitchen accessories, a grater, a pair of scissors, and two extra coffee cups. But I'm glad I chose this house, which I will definitely consider for a future trip to Ostuni.

Had a great stay. Super friendly, if you had any questions or needed anything there was super quick action. Everything is at walking distance and the town is great too. Large supermarket a few minutes by car. Accommodation was super neat and clean, beautiful resort, clean swimming pool, super neat all. Can't help but give this a big 10. Keep in mind that if you have a stroller, there are a lot of stairs. Have breakfast at Verno, tasty croissants and cappuccino. Lots to do in the neighborhood as well. Within a radius of 30 minutes by car, you can entertain yourself all week with all kinds of nice villages.

This accommodation was very good. The apartment is spacious and had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the location. The only issue was some noise from the main floor as people were coming and going, but since I'm a good sleeper, it didn't bother me at night.

Everything was perfect, apparently very beautiful and functional! Domenico is welcoming and attentive.

The apt is modern and nicely furnished. It has all amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. It is actually even better than it looks in photos and has a lovely sit out area which you can use on a good summer day. The apt is close to Cisternino and works as a perfect base to explore Puglian towns . Mariangela as a host is perfect ! She gave clear and concise instructions and was very prompt with her responses. Highly recommend.

We felt comfortable and the covered terrace was great to use. Very quiet bedroom and good mattresses.

Beautiful accommodation within a good distance to the central station in Bari and to the old center of Bari. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was clean. The host was very accommodating on both our arrival and departure and helpful, responded quickly to messages. We definitely recommend a place to stay:-)

As mature couples we loved the country side style accommodation in a modern residence after being in the hustle and bustle of the cities that we have been visiting on our 7 day self drive tour of Puglia. Everything that was promised was delivered and would thoroughly recommend a two night stay so that you can explore the surrounding cities with ease and unpack for a short stay.

Anna's place is really beautiful and in the prime location. Would love to be back there again. We had a cosy time there!

A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!

We were two families (4adults and 3 kids) and the place was as in the pictures, very clean, we liked the terrace and that we could all eat break fast there (it gets sunny up there very fast though), it has stairs, to go up there and also in the 2nd bedroom (but we knew that from the pictures). We enjoyed it very much, including the balcony in the 1st bedroom to stay at a coffee and also safe for kids. All in all good value of money and we would return at Georgio’s place if life will take us there again at some point :).
