Monthly Rentals in Polem Beach

We stayed here for 6N/7D. Must say that we had a very pleasant time here and every thing is very well organised in the room . Beautiful private balcony is 10/10 . South Goa has many hidden gem and un explored places and is very peaceful, whereas north Goa is over crowded and expensive on the other side. As a travel influencer, I highly recommend this stay 👌🏻👍🏻

We stayed here for 4 days. The place is 5 minutes walking distance from Talpona beach. The hosts created a group and provided all the details over there before checkin. The room was clean and spacious. Only issue we faced was power cut in the area. Though they have power backup, wifi wont work so difficult to work from there due to limited mobile network

We stayed here for 2 nights and honestly, it was such a peaceful and refreshing experience. The home was super cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a working washing machine and all the little amenities that made it feel like home. One of the highlights was sitting on the balcony and spotting monkeys nearby, such a fun and unexpected moment! Thankfully, the balcony had a safety net, so we could enjoy the view and wildlife without any worries. The host was quick to respond and very friendly, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into making this space welcoming and safe. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a quiet, cozy getaway surrounded by nature

I fell in love with South Goa, and Nikhil’s place was a big reason for it. This peaceful garden farmhouse, away from any noise, truly felt like home. It had a cozy living area, a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious front area with seating arrangements—perfect for relaxing. Nikhil was also a friendly and accommodating host who made sure everything was arranged as per our needs. Overall, it was the best budget-friendly Airbnb and fulfilled all my expectations!
