Beachfront vacation rentals in Point Pleasant Beach

The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

Timothy was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean, spacious and perfect for our girls weekend. We would stay again!

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

This was a perfect stay for my wife and I, it was so clean which is most important to us but the place was also so cute comfortable. The host was very responsive and nice to us from start to finish. Great location!!! We recommend this cozy condo and hope to be back.

Our family stayed at the bay cottage for three nights. It was amazing place. We enjoyed the nice bay view with dock and heated pool. It was raining during our stay, but kids liked the heated pool. The cottage was well-maintained, and has everything you need. In the house, everywhere has good view. There were also a lot of toys. My three years old grandchild was happy. There is crab trap, we use it catch crab right from the back of the house. Next year will consider come back again, hopefully in some good weather!

Had an awesome stay! The place was super clean and right on the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for more! Paul was very responsive when we had any questions, and we loved all the little touches in the apartment that gave it that coastal luxury vibe. We will definitely be back!

Felicia and Will’s rental property is beautiful and clean, and perfectly accommodated our group of 6 adults, 1 child, and 1 senior dog. The pool is pristine, the outdoor area has an expansive deck, plenty of seating and shade, and an outdoor shower. The lagoon and dock is great for fishing and gave us easy access to our jet skis. The house is a bike ride to Viking Village and short walk to the beach, which also has a parking area. There is a spacious driveway and plenty of storage space in the garage. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed, and the dining room and living room areas seated all of us comfortably. Felicia and Will were easy to communicate with- they are wonderful hosts and we will be back for a future vacation stay.

We had a great time saying at BeachDaze! it matched the photos exactly and was beautifully decorated. Traveling with two kids; there was so much for them to enjoy! I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful wknd at David’s beautiful house in the perfect location. Everything was exactly as advertised. David was easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying at this house.

I communicated with Brian and Kevin, the new host, and everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We spent a bachelorette weekend here off season and loved the place. The location is private yet just a few minutes from the beach boardwalk and bayside. There is a 7/11 and bagel place around the corner. The house itself is charming and is suitable for short- or long-term stay. Thank you very much!

During the time our house was under construction, staying at Arielle Place was more than just a temporary solution—it truly felt like a home. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made our family feel welcome and comfortable. She went out of their way to accommodate us, ensuring we had everything we needed during a time that could have otherwise been stressful. The atmosphere was inviting, and the house was just as describe and just what we needed! Whether it was the thoughtful amenities, the quiet and relaxing environment, or simply the kindness we experienced, Arielle Place provided a sense of stability when we needed it most. Looking back, we’re grateful for how seamless and welcoming our stay was. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it was a place where we felt truly cared for.

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb with friends and two kids. The Airbnb is in an amazing location right across the street from the beach and short walking distance to several restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts are super responsive to any questions or concerns. They also have all the amenities you may need for a beach day and the kitchen is well-stocked. The weather sadly did not cooperate with us this year and we were unable to take advantage of our proximity to the beach but would definitely stay here again the next time we plan a Rockaway beach getaway.

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

We had a wonderful weekend at this apartment. It offers everything you could need on site. The oven operates very well. Sheets and towels are supplied. Although the beach isn't large, it's quite enjoyable to sit there in the morning to observe the kite surfers or in the evening to admire the stars. Highlands is a lovely little village with scenic walks at Sandy Hook or Hartshorne Woods Park. It was easy to get in touch with Rob, who consistently responded quickly to our messages. We look forward to coming back!

This was our 2nd stay in Audrie's cottage and it was just as great as we remembered. The weather didn't really cooperate, but we were cozy inside the house which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Adams place was an amazing deal for the price, great walking location to the beach, great amenities such as the deck/ backyard, towels, and wifi. We appreciate Adam for being such a commutative and responsive host!
