Grandma's Cottage in Loka

Enjoy a cozy and tidy stay under the Loka dam. Grandma's cottage is located in the courtyard of the former Loka post office, now the Tuovinen family home. Grandma's cottage exudes the history of Sompio in the 1950s and 1960s with modern spices. The price includes bed linen already made up and towels waiting for the user. Your own small electric sauna heats up while you have coffee. Sompio's wilderness provides memorable experiences for those who enjoy the outdoors. The ski trail starts 100m from Mummon mökki.

Villa Starling

Kaunis erillistalo Alajärven rannalla rauhallisessa miljöössä 10km päässä Ivalon keskustasta. Rannassa hienohiekkainen matala ranta sekä puulämmitteinen rantasauna vieraiden käytettävissä erillisestä maksusta. Myös kota käytettävissä, puut maksusta. Talvella rannasta pääsee kelkkareiteille sekä hiihtämään. Lähistöllä kauniita ulkoilumaastoja. Lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja. Asunnon voi siivota itse, jolloin siivousmaksu palautetaan. Villa Magic Sauna Cottage

Villa Magia is situated in Kaukonen village on the banks of the river Ounasjoki. Sauna Cottage as the other log buildings in the courtyard are from the late 19th century. Sauna is recently renovated to suit more modern comforts. The accommodation includes a convertible sofa, a loft bed, a fridge, a microwave oven, a water cooker, a coffee maker, plates, cups and cutlery. But there is no proper kitchen! And in the Sauna Cottage there is a Finnish sauna, of course with a shower and a toilet.

Arctic Light Hut

It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday destination. Wooden-framed, partially glass-roofed northern lights hut, built in 2019. Perfect for observing the northern lights and the starry sky indoors in winter. Glass roof on the north side. In summer, the hut is illuminated by the summer night sun. The hut has two beds under a glass roof, a kitchen area, a washroom/toilet and a wind closet. The glass roof has heating, which keeps it bright despite the weather.

This countryside property is in the far North of Finland by the Kielajoki river, 60 km from Inari town. It provides different accommodation options, an à la carte restaurant and a riverside sauna. Perfect opportunities for viewing the Northern Lights. Triple room is a simple 14 square meter room with a single bed and a bunk-bed. The room has it's own bathroom. Towels and bed linen included. Shared kitchen and a livingroom in the same building.
