Vacation rentals in Pochotes Beach

We enjoyed our stay with Carlos and Yadira. They are top notch hosts that made us feel right at home. Offering us some fruit from their trees and sharing some prepared home cooking was such a pleasant treat. We felt very welcome and hope to stay with them again someday. :) <3

The house is very clean, spacious for large groups, very comfortable, Kimberly is very attentive to respond quickly to messages, the guard and the cleaning girls are super friendly !!!

I would highly recommend Nathan’s place - we had a great time. We loved being outside all the time, it was very relaxing and comfortable. We were doing kite surfing lessons on playa copal and so it was an ideal location for us to walk to our lessons and also a very relaxed area for staying at. Nathan gave us lots of local recommendations for the sunset, for restaurants and even some local eggs and homemade ice cream. Thank you Nathan we loved our stay at your place! We hope to be back one day.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Till was very responsive. The beach is walking distance about 10-15 minute walk or you can drive down. The view from the property to the ocean is beautiful and spectacular. Our family enjoyed eating outside. The road to the house is under construction so be prepared to go through rocky/ gravel roads as it will take some time. Also, make sure to stop for groceries before going to the house as there is not much around and they close at 5pm. During our stay we had visitors at night 2 toads, 2 scorpions outside by the door and cute dogs/puppies that would come by each night. Each room has an AC unit which is a plus because it can get very hot. It’s a very private home and overall we felt safe our time there. Thank you Till for hosting us.

Loved our time here, perfect location. The hill is steep, we knew that going in to it and is a great way to get a workout in on vacation! We also rented a motorcycle and had no issues getting up the hill and feeling safe with it parked in the lot. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean. The view was incredible and being able to cool off in the pool was a huge bonus. Rosi was extremely professional and quick to answer any questions I had. The information binder in the house was very helpful with dining recommendations and local activities. Thank you! We look forward to coming back.
