Carlos super hôte il nous attendait a notre arrivée et nous a fait visiter et donner les instructions super endroit avec une bon brise le soir sur la terrasse ont a apprécié cette belle terrasse ont y passait tout nos soirées.carlos était toujours disponible pour nous rendre notre séjour agréable merci Carlos je recommande vivement 🤗😀

La casa muy limpia , amplia para grupos grandes, muy cómoda, Kimberly muy atenta a responder con brevedad los mensajes , el guarda y las muchachas de limpieza súper amables !!!

I would highly recommend Nathan’s place - we had a great time. We loved being outside all the time, it was very relaxing and comfortable. We were doing kite surfing lessons on playa copal and so it was an ideal location for us to walk to our lessons and also a very relaxed area for staying at. Nathan gave us lots of local recommendations for the sunset, for restaurants and even some local eggs and homemade ice cream. Thank you Nathan we loved our stay at your place! We hope to be back one day.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Till was very responsive. The beach is walking distance about 10-15 minute walk or you can drive down. The view from the property to the ocean is beautiful and spectacular. Our family enjoyed eating outside. The road to the house is under construction so be prepared to go through rocky/ gravel roads as it will take some time. Also, make sure to stop for groceries before going to the house as there is not much around and they close at 5pm. During our stay we had visitors at night 2 toads, 2 scorpions outside by the door and cute dogs/puppies that would come by each night. Each room has an AC unit which is a plus because it can get very hot. It’s a very private home and overall we felt safe our time there. Thank you Till for hosting us.

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de las instalaciones del lugar. Nos sentimos a gusto. Descubrimos el camino al río y nos gustó mucho que ese acceso fuese pasando los árboles y no sobre la.calle principal.

Loved our time here, perfect location. The hill is steep, we knew that going in to it and is a great way to get a workout in on vacation! We also rented a motorcycle and had no issues getting up the hill and feeling safe with it parked in the lot. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean. The view was incredible and being able to cool off in the pool was a huge bonus. Rosi was extremely professional and quick to answer any questions I had. The information binder in the house was very helpful with dining recommendations and local activities. Thank you! We look forward to coming back.

Erg fijn verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht. Het gezamenlijke zwembad is erg fijn en het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit. Bij de receptie wordt goed Engels gesproken en het inchecken ging ook erg snel en soepel. Vanaf de locatie ben je met 10 minuten in het centrum van San Juan del Sur en in 30 minuten bij de stranden Maderas en Hermosa. De supermarkt is 5 minuten rijden. Kritiek op het verblijf is dat de afzuigkap niet werkte in de keuken en dat het douchewater niet warm wordt (dat is het geval bij bijna alle huisjes op het park Villas del Palermo), desondanks was ons verblijf fantastisch.
