Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

In the heart of La Carihuela's promenade, with everything you need around you: restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, gift shops... The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, on the first floor with a balcony. In the past, all these buildings were fishermen's houses, so they are usually two-story buildings that do not have an elevator.
