Beautiful flat 200 meters far from the sea in La Carihuela Beach, the most famous beach in Torremolinos. It has got: - kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, cooker, washing-machine, coffee-machine, toaster; small table with 2 seats -Living room with double sofa, TV, double bed-sofa, dining table with 4 seats - 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and TV and another bedroom with 2 single beds; - 2 bathrooms with shower, WC and sink each. There is air conditioning and heating for all the apartment.

Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

Lovely new apartment in Carihuela

This beautiful home is newly renovated, we have given it a personal touch and lots of affection. It is located 200m from the beach, close to good restaurants, beach bars, bus stop in front and close to the train. It has wifi, air conditioning and a window that opens, leaving a terrace so you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The building is quiet, familiar, with green spaces. Ideal for disconnecting or remaining connected remotely.

The apartment is beachfront and is very bright. The windows are very big. The decor is modern and functional, designed for comfort. The apartment measures approx. 70 m2 and is distributed as follows: 1 bedroom with queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00) and living room-kitchen, a lobby and a bathroom with large shower. In addition, a double closet. The apartment is in the 2nd floor (no elevator). The terrace is exclusive use.
