Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Playa de la Carihuela

I would highly recommend Marcos' apartment! The roof terrace with its panoramic view of mountain and sea is very beautiful and soothing and the terrace furniture is very comfortable with a choice of just socialising or sunbathing. The house is spacious with comfortable beds, cosy breakfast area, lovely lounge with satellite TV. The apartment was very clean. It is a 5 minute stroll to the beach, restaurants and promenade. Marcos is a super responsive host and he made sure we were ok during the big power outage.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at David's beautiful home. David was the perfect host- he picked us up at a pre-arranged location, was incredibly quick to respond to any questions, and was always warm and friendly. He even took the time to show us his other house, which looked just as fantastic. The house itself had everything we needed and more. It was fully equipped, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We truly had a great time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you David, for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home in Mijas! The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a stunning view that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen – fully equipped for cooking at home. Nicole was a fantastic host – very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The instructions for entering the home were clear and made our arrival smooth and easy. The only small downside was that the jacuzzi didn’t work perfectly, but everything else more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. Juliette's house is really wonderful. Very high quality and practical furnishings. Everything is there, nothing is missing. We were warmly welcomed by Xavier. The complex is very quiet. The shared pool is very clean and well maintained. It was a nice cool-down. We were invited to a party in the corner and Juliette's house was perfect for us and our 2 children (2 and 4 years old). The children felt very comfortable and there was everything we needed. A supermarket is a few minutes away by car. Dord Mijas is only 10 minutes away by car. Nothing is really feasible on foot. You already need a car. But there is parking right in front of the house. We will be happy to come back!

This was one of the nicest Airbnb accommodations I have stayed in. The house was immaculate, well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, outside balcony is wonderful and the main bedroom with it's own bathroom and dressing room gave us so much space. The air conditioning works well and the inside feels cool and a nice retreat after a busy day. Excellent value accommodation, my only advice would be to take ear plugs, as I always do anyway when sleeping in a new place, as there are cockerels in a nearby house which do make noise in the mornings. It was fine with earplugs but worth noting if you are a light sleeper

Excellent location, just a short 3-5 minute walk from main train station direct from airport. Also just next to lift down to the beach. Lovely hosts, extremely accommodating would recommend 😄

Simin was a great host! The apartment was extremely clean and with new furnitures and bed linen. It’s on walking distance from the beach and the view and location was perfect! I recommend on 100 percent!

The Airbnb met all our expectations and more , we stayed for a month and it felt like home. It is in a local neighborhood, the bakery is right there , market, grocery stores ,restaurants all within 2 blocks. The terrace upstairs is quite spectacular and a great place to sit and catch the sun. Pedro is a great host , he arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and he was available to help us out with other transportation arrangements. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was our 2nd visit as we loved the villa the first time. Andrew & Karolina are so helpful and always available. Everything was spotless and we felt right at home. Helena who does check in is not only flexible, we asked her to do a little shop for us as we were arriving late. You couldn’t ask for a nicer villa and more fantastic hosts. We will definitely go again.

Amazing stay for 16 of us. The grounds are so well equipped for a big group. Jorge is very accommodating and friendly, the villa has everything including Frosties and balls for the pool. Thank you so much would come back again!

Wow. Just wow. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience - stay here. It is nothing short of magical. We did expect a beautiful house, but honestly - photos could never do it justice. It’s ten times better in person - serene, homey and stunningly gorgeous. Everywhere you look, there’s something lovely to take in. Wandering through the house admiring the interiors or sitting outside by wildflowers and butterflies while watching the sun melt into the hills, you’ll always be surrounded by peace and beauty. The house was spotless and so well presented. Every amenity you could need. Cooking in the kitchen was such a joy! Information was easily availiable. Rafael is incredibly responsive, kind and thorough. Again - It’s impossible to capture the magic of the house and land in photos - you simply have to experience it. It blew us away. Aitana was very helpful. She helped us with the booking. I arrived late. She received me with a smile, wine, water, coffee and more. She is young but has compassion of a senior and she gave me a warm welcome. The house has more than I expected. Everything in the house is well thought of. Very tasteful decorated. It feels homey and warm. Nice lighting and furniture. A fireplace. Clean spaces. Soap, shampoo and shower gel. Luxury towels. I enjoy the view from the balcony over the sea. The sunsets are amazing. At night you see a banner of twinkling lights in the distance. The area is quiet. It is in a gated community. We can park the car at street level (upper floor) but we can als park a floor below. Which is unique! Both floors can be run independently from each other. It’s about 10 min by car to the beach. And 5 min buy car to shopping mall. We definitely recommend! Grateful for being here. This is our second time staying in one of Carlos’ villas and it will definitely not be our last. The villa is incredible. We were a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone. All bathrooms were ensuite and the rooms were all great sizes. The house is incredibly well stocked anything at all that you could think of needing it’s there. Carlos is so easy to communicate with and provides great local recommendations. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

This location was beautiful. Estefania was an incredible host. The villa is perfect for a group of six. Estefania had strong recommendations. The pool area is beautiful. The disco bar is cool. The beds were comfortable. Location in Benalmádena is right in the center, easy access to Malaga, Torremolinos, as well as Marbella. Ubers were easy to get to all of our destinations. Estefania was also able to get us an assortment of wines and Spanish tapas upon our request. We had a great experience and can’t wait to go back.
