Monthly Rentals in Platt Bridge

My stay at Kev's residence came with lots of interesting memories. Kev was lovely, friendly, approachable, kind, and fun to be with. The wife was hospitable and their dog was welcoming. Throughtout my stay at the residence, Kev and his family ensurred I felt confortable within the residence. The accommodation was top class in everything. Although my stay was just for 2 weeks, I will always choose Kev's residence anytime I'm on a trip to the Manchester Greater area.

Had to return to UK on urgent family business and needed a convenient place, close to family. The apartment had everything we needed, from location and private parking, through to comfort and "pots n pans" and everything in-between !! Swinley apartment had it all - in spades. Highly recommended, top of our list of places to stay in Wigan.

Second time staying here to visit family. Like a home from home, great value and has everything you need.

The house is beautiful and a nice quiet area. The host Helia was amazing for responding and making sure items which were missing were sent to the house promptly. There was some minor damage to walls/dresser which wasn't mentioned in the listing but this had no effect on our stay just the aesthetics. One thing I would point out is the downstairs rooms having locks, so if young children around I'd be careful they don't lock you in (as my toddler did to me). The en-suit rooms are lovely and very spacious house with great storage space. Parking available for two cars and a nice garden with a trampoline and mini play set for toddlers. Also the house has easy to use stair gates at the top and bottom of the steps which is ideal for any toddler parent. Not seen this in many airbnbs so this is a great quality to have! I'd highly recommend the stay as it's super comfortable and the hosts very welcoming and kind. When back in the area I will definitely book again. Thank you!
