Monthly Rentals in Placencia Caye

We had a great stay in Placencia! The accommodation was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better — just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by lots of great restaurants. We also really appreciated the thoughtful snacks that were provided for us to try. Candace was very attentive and always full of helpful recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again!

Lovely place to stay- right in the village of Placencia so easy to walk to everything. Enjoyed the pool as well as the large screened in porch. The rentals was perfect had everything I needed. Would recommend and hope to stay agin

Candace and Rick are absolute gems! Serenity was a relaxing getaway like none other. That view! There is nothing like sitting in a hammock between two palm trees and swayed to sleep. Restaurant recommendations were on point and Rick's coffee was delicious. The people in Placencia were so nice, and the other guests were great! this trip scores a 20 out of 10!!!!! Thanks Candace and Rick for all the info and the great stay!

We had a delightful stay! Location is perfect. Waterfront with a lovely deck, palm trees for some shade. Lovely beach and shops/restaurants very close by. Candace, the on site manager, was very helpful with local tips and recommendations! Lived it!!
