Vacation rentals with a patio in Pisticci

Everything was fine! We had a nice place to stay in a great place to stay. The only inconvenience is that the occupancy tax was not indicated in the listing.

We stayed for four nights at the Villa and loved every minute. Good location and private. Easy to drive around and lots of local shops and restaurants in Monopoli and Fassano. Would recommend to other guests!

Great apartment, super clean and beautifully furnished. Every detail is perfect, with charming little accents like dried flowers and tasty welcome snacks. I can recommend it to everyone! Amelia is very friendly and has lots of great tips for delicious restaurants. We will definitely come back again (or someone from our family) 💖

Emanuela is very welcoming and available. The small apartment is very well located: close to the historic center, easy to park, neighborhood and small building lively but quiet. Beautiful and stylishly decorated. Despite the lack of a living room, it is well-appointed and its large terrace is pleasant. Small downside: there are neighbors 🤗 but you spend your time outside. We recommend it!

We were a bit confused with the different offers but Mariano was easy to reach and very helpful. We would not hesitate to book with him again as he was flexible and friendly and his Trullo was comfy and simply a good spot to explore the city on foot while leaving the car in a convenient location (free parking, on a quiet street). Grazie mille!

Great location, and directions provided by the host. The house was clean and the amenities indicated were actually present.

The listing matches the photos. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. The apartment is in a very peaceful location. There is a restaurant just a few meters from the accommodation that offers very good pizza at a very good price. It's also ideal for visiting Puglia. Suggestion for improvement: one of the beds could be improved because it makes a lot of noise with every movement and is not very comfortable for two. In conclusion, I recommend this listing 😊

Super cozy apartment! Great location: you can reach the city center in 5 minutes and get to the port in less than 10! Everything exactly as we hoped. Super kind and helpful host: he provided us with a list of restaurants of all kinds and made us aware of a local party that would take place in the old town that would have been a shame to miss!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was spacious, well-maintained, and felt just like home. One of the highlights was the large patio, perfect for relaxing and spending time together The house was well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in right away. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly. Communication with our host was smooth and easy; he was very responsive and provided helpful local recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway!

Luciana and Dodi are wonderful hosts, very available and gave us a very warm welcome. Provisions such as olive oil, a product of the personal farm, almonds, coffee and other items were available upon arrival. Our cottage was an old barn restored with great authenticity in which we felt good as soon as we entered. It is impeccably clean and is quietly located among the olive trees with sea views. It's a cottage that I would recommend without hesitation to people who choose this destination. Thank you for all you do. Catherine and Frédéric

Relaxing vacation in the middle of greenery and nature. Large apartment, equipped and clean. Priceless to eat in the large garden under the oak tree. Starting point to visit nearby cities, beautiful sea and white beach. Very helpful host. recommended structure

The AirBnB was truly fantastic. Based on the photos, we already expected a lot of beautiful things, but the views over Fasano and in the distance the sea exceeded everything. The pool was lovely and clean. The house itself was fine and equipped with all the necessities. Marika was a great host, always willing to help. Unfortunately, I was unfortunate that I got a flu right before arrival and got quite sick. Marika was there to help with medicine and clean linens. From the AirBnB you can visit many beautiful places - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (the Trulli village), several beach clubs along the coast and with a little further drive you have still reached Lecce, Tarente and Brindisi. A lot closer is the town of Fasano, nice to see and there are quite a few restaurants to find. A restaurant within walking distance of the AirBnB. A simple kitchen, but fine for when you don't want to cook an evening but also not drive.

I loved this apartment so much! It is spacious, exquisitely decorated, and there are treasures at every turn. In addition to having wonderful style, it was also really comfortable (the bed was great!) with everything I needed for my week-long stay. The location is central and the view from the kitchen is really special, looking over il porto vecchio (the old port); I will miss watching the fisherman prepare for their day as well as the light had everything sparkle. On top of that, Fabrizio! He is such an incredible host: so kind and generous, he was available to help me with anything I needed. His exceptional hospitality made me feel really at home in Monopoli. I look forward to returning to stay at this magical place soon!

Friendly people, a lovely clean pool and enjoyed the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful room in Matera! The location is perfect—within walking distance of everything while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The view is absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. Claudio was fabulous—communicative, flexible, and always quick to respond, making check-in and any questions a breeze. He gave plenty of ideas about places to eat and left plenty of resources to learn about the history, restaurant guides and maps. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Matera!

We loved this flat from the time of our arrival. Very very clean, tasteful, unique decoration, kindness from the host. There is a top floor big terraces with a separate kitchen what is a great thought! The place was perfect for the 3 of us with a 7 year old son. This is a ver central flat but still on a small street so no loud noise of the tourista are coming in. I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back. Thank you again Ludovica! 💛

We loved our stay here! So peaceful and well equipped. The pool exceeded our expectations - it was remodeled in May 2024 - and has a plateau area perfect for our little daughter to spend time with us in the pool. Peter and his wife are great hosts! We would love to come back.

As described, very clean accommodation in a beautiful environment, close to several sites to visit, Anna Mina is very welcoming and also makes the effort to speak French. I would recommend it in a second.

Pasquale's apartment is exactly as it appears in the ad. It's fantastic. It's ideal for visiting Matera without the problems of access to the center and we were very comfortable. It is important to note the information that appears in the apartment description: the kitchen is for preparing breakfast, as it is not equipped for cooking, although that is not a problem thanks to the gastronomic offer of Matera and its surroundings ;-) On the other hand, the underfloor heating is wonderful. Quiet and effective. We recommend the apartment 100% and hope to return in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s apartment! The space was absolutely lovely—quiet, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Andrea clearly takes great care in creating a welcoming environment. Conversano itself is a hidden gem in Puglia. The town is gorgeous and so underrated. We loved strolling through the charming streets within the old city walls, soaking in the history and atmosphere. There are plenty of delightful restaurants, salumerias, and shops to explore, making it a perfect destination for foodies and culture lovers alike. Claudio’s place was wonderful. Claudio is a warm and caring person. He did everything he could to make us comfortable. His place is in a great location, close to the train station and the water. We allowed staying there. Highest recommendations.
