House vacation rentals in Pisa

We stayed at the villa for a week for our honeymoon and I couldn’t believe how beautiful the views were. Marco greeted us and walked us up to the villa and left some lovely surprises for as he knew what we were celebrating. The communication we had was great as Marco was always quick to respond when we needed help with any issues. We used the pool on a day which was so lovely and relaxing and although Marco and his parents lived on the property they gave us lots of privacy to enjoy our time there. The BnB is in a lovely location as you have different cities in either location to visit and lovely restaurants that are recommended by Marco. We will definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and felt immediately at home. With loving details, it became noticeable how important it is for Nadia and Giacomo to give their guests a nice time. For example, there was freshly stocked coffee powder and a bottle of in-house olive oil for use. The place was very clean and well maintained and we were invited to contact them several times if we have any questions or we need anything. At the same time, however, privacy was very respected and we just felt comfortable. The pool was even specially covered and cleaned for us, although it would not have been accessible until May 15th according to the listing. We spent wonderful days in the middle of the most beautiful nature and we lacked nothing.

Beautifully finished holiday home in a lovely peaceful setting with great views. Well set up for small children, with toys and play area in the communal spots and a toy box in the apartment on request. Martina was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Il Paluffo was a beautiful place in the Tuscan hills. Stilla, our accommodation, was relaxing and provided most everything we needed. The views were amazing and the staff friendly. The highlight of our stay was the cooking class with Monica. She was a burst of energy and patient as she guided us through a 4-course meal. It was absolutely delicious and plentiful. I would stay a Il Paluffo again and recommend to anyone.

We stayed at Maria’s home for a long family weekend with 6 adults. There is quality ac, 3 bathrooms and 3 good double beds. The private pool is very good with comfortable lounge chairs. Cooking easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

The location was at a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, where all the attractions were located. The apartment was clean, with all amenities included. Simone was always responsive and friendly.

We only stayed one night, but it was worth it. Cinzia was really kind and very helpful. Very clean and very well-equipped house, really a nice stay It was very pleasant ❤️

Firstly, the location of the flat was perfect for walking round the center of the old Town. At the top of the Street was Via San Martimo, which had restaurants, bars, pizzeria, a deli and was within 100 yards of the River Arno. The nearby Bridge was the most direct route to the Tower, with even more Restaurants, Wine bars and pubs en-route. The bottom of the street led to the train station, about 10 minutes away, giving reliable cheap access to Livorno, Lucca, Florence and the Bus Station to the nearby Marina del Pisa, where the Arno meets the Sea. We found the local prices really cheap (compared to Edinburgh) and drank daily at the Caffe Dell Ussero dal 1775 on the other side of the Riverbank, ordering two large Limoncello Spritz, which came with Peanuts, Crisps, Olives and a small pastry/roll sliced in two, all for only £12 Euros. The flat was lovely and clean, nice outdoor space, with all amenities (apart from wine glasses!). Chiara was also very helpful.

Great host. Very friendly. Interesting location. Close to the Gothic Line. Village and property has an interesting history link to Workd War 2. The local villagers were friendly. Nice property. Immaculately clean.

Eufemia’s place was perfect for a stay over after a late arrival at Pisa airport. Less than a 10 minute drive and the apartment was just what we were hoping for. We arrived later than expected but Eufemia was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. There was even some breakfast items available for us on the morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

We only spent one night Chee Elisa but the apartment was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is clean and very spacious. A bed for our baby had been prepared in advance, thank you:). A high chair will be great for families, but I knew Elisa didn't have any problems:)!

The house and setting are incredibly beautiful; pictures don’t do it justice. Marco was very helpful, gracious, and available and made sure everything was as we needed. I am so glad I stayed here. It was even better than I could have imagined

We had a relaxing & peaceful time in Capannori at ‘roof tiles’ This stone home was not fancy but traditional and had all we required for our stay in the breathtaking countryside. It wasn’t the easiest to find or access due to the steep gravel driveway, but that’s what made it secluded and special. We enjoyed wonderful walks in the forests & nearby villages where we met many friendly & kind locals. A great place to decompress after a busy time in Florence, & only short but very beautiful drives to lovely Lucca & Pisa. Don’t expect 5 star fanciness, but a place with all you need to experience & enjoy the Tuscan landscape! I’ve never heard such a cacophony of birdsong - blissful !
