The house is located just off the beaten track which makes it perfect as a retreat while still remaining close to the centre of Montecatini town. Surrounded in acres of private, unspoiled land you can immerse yourself in nature while still taking advantage of the properties great facilities, including; large plunge pool, multiple terraces and dining areas, and even a self catering pizza oven!

Large garden, entrance into the living room with kitchenette equipped with provisions and sofa bed. On the first floor, a double bedroom with a large window, closet and bathroom with shower. Optional: TV, coffee maker with various flavors of pods, food warming oven. The accommodation is located in the center of the village, close to the main services. It is a 10-minute drive to Pisa and Lucca, an hour to Florence and about 25 minutes to the sea. Pets are not allowed as there are already two.

Biking and hiking trails start just outside the house.
