Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

We booked this place to host a friend’s bridal shower, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The property is beautifully maintained, with high-quality furniture and modern kitchen appliances that made everything feel super comfortable and convenient. The highlight for us was definitely the lawn — it’s stunning and very well-kept, making it ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend!

a perfect place for our office anniversary trip. we had a great time with such a great ambience and the availability of outdoor sports made it a fun day. the sunset cruise was beautiful and special thanks to Sebin the caretaker for carrying one of our colleagues, who had a cast on his leg, to and from the boat. overall highly recommend this place for a fun, intimate gathering.

Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. I had a lovely experience with Sebastian and Cecilia taking care of me as if I was one of their daughters. The room is big and pleasant. The location is incredible just 2 steps from Marari beach the long, Peaceful fisherman spot at walking distance from different shops or tuk tuks stop to cover cheaply longer distance if needed Among cafes and restaurants right on the beach, to eat with your feet in the sand, i would recommend the Louvre very tasty food, pleasant atmosphere and lovely service! By the beach you can also find fresh coconut prepared by a few smiley, friendly women as well as other local foods or snacks. This location thus is really brilliant! Perfect to relax and enjoy sunrise and sunset and a real experience of peaceful India. Every day Cecilia prepares amazing breakfasts delivered personally by Sebastian each morning! I would certainly recommend to have some delicious, typical dinner with them! Anything you need just ask Sebastian and he will find a way to help!

Seascapes is a really peaceful spot for small gatherings. Had two rooms with full cooking amenities and everything was well-organized. The host and caretaker were extremely responsive. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The location appears to be precisely as shown. The entire house was clean, organized, and well-kept. We may relax on the beachfront in front of the house and watch the beautiful sunset. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot to unwind and spend time with friends.
