Alessandra received us very hospitably. Everything was well taken care of and clean. The view is amazing and you can walk around anywhere in the beautiful well-kept garden. Wonderful place to relax and unwind. We bought a delicious bottle of olive oil from our own olive garden. Supermarket is easy to reach by car in terms of distance. You can use the washing machine. I recommend visiting Tuscany!

We had a very nice, relaxing stay on Bellavista. Angela and her father were extremely welcoming. We were supplied with our own wine, homemade luggage and farm fruits. Staying on Bellavista was definitely worth it and we'll be in the area again at some point, we'll be back! Wehrli family

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We had a delightful 2 day stay at Eugenia’s place in Montefioralle. The apartment was very charming and met our expectations in every way. Marco met us, showed us to the apartment, and explained the parking. There was the added bonus of a wine festival with 15 local wineries offering tastings the weekend we were there.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Nada and her daughter Viola have created a stunning home which provided a beautiful setting to recharge and rest for the next leg of our trip. Both Nada and Viola were communicative, friendly, and available to address any issues (not that there were many). Viola created a fun cooking class and was even able to cater it to my sister’s gluten free diet. Do not hesitate to book your stay here, and definitely do the cooking class. absolutely one of the best AirBNB experiences we have ever had! There is no better location if you are visiting Siena, especially if you would rather take the escalator up the mountain. The entrance is right across the street. Our host had thought of everything. From washing detergent to a bottle of wine. Take not though, in Siena it is sometimes difficult to get a taxi early in the morning unless you book it well in advance. Our host went out of his way to make sure we arrived at the train station on time! But just remember, book your departure taxi early! And oh yeah, the secret garden was awesome. A great place to kick back and enjoy the mountain air with a cool beverage;) 5 star plus plus!!

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

Wow it’s an amazing place for a family or friends group trip to unbound to the nature. Amazing borderless swimming pool. Very beautiful area around and BBQ zone. There is a lot of fun around like a tennis and running stuff.

Beautiful stay in a great location.

Linda was extremely courteous, the accommodation is really characteristic and the place is beautiful! A very quiet accommodation in the middle of the Tuscan hills at the top of the entire Chianti area, where vineyards and olive groves can be seen as far as the eye can see. 10 minutes away there is a great restaurant highly recommended: Agriosteria del Cantoio. The place is very cool, with heat pumps that help in the not quite summer months, and is ideal for an extremely relaxing stay. When I return to the area I will stay here again!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and newly built apartment located a few minutes walk from the sea and the center of Marina di Grosseto. Very convenient private parking at the back of the apartment in a closed area. Super helpful and very kind hosts. Super recommended!

We stayed at the apartment for a week and it was great! The place is very quiet and the sea is easy to reach. You can also get to Pisa or Florence quickly. The place was nicely decorated and had a lot of useful items. Even an ironing board. Communication was wonderful and very friendly at all times. We definitely recommend!!!

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

We stayed in this property, chosen a bit randomly among many, and I must say that never was a better choice. Roberta immediately proved to be helpful, friendly, and with her demeanor, she made us feel immediately at ease. The apartment is really nice, spacious, bright, brand new and fantastically maintained, the sea is really a few steps away with an immense and very well maintained beach, the town offers the essentials but in the surroundings there is a lot to do and see. A mini vacation that will remain in our hearts, as well as Roberta, 🥰 with whom we are sure we will hear from soon to organize a longer vacation. So I recommend everyone to try the location in order to get to know the place... You won't regret it, but above all, Roberta...

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Wow, words can’t actually describe how wonderful and beautiful this little place is! Absolutely loved every moment there. Capoliveri is also absolutely captivating, restaurants and shops Are lovely. I hope we can come back !

Very friendly, good location, street parking

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.

Fantastic apartment! I stayed for a week with my partner on the Island of Elba, the apartment is in a strategic position to visit the whole island, it is located in a quiet street and even if you do not find parking immediately in front of the house it is not difficult to find a place along the street or in the nearby parking lots. The kitchen is equipped with every tool you can use and the spaces in general are spacious, as well as the balcony where there is a comfortable table to sit for breakfast. The center of Porto Azzurro can be reached comfortably in a few minutes on foot, to return home there will be a nice climb to do, but better get used to the idea right away if you want to visit the Elbe. The hosts were very kind and always available throughout our stay despite not being on the island, in short, it was a beautiful experience, fully recommended!
