Frank was an incredible host! He was extremely attentive and made sure my stay was PERFECT! He answered any questions I had, responding very promptly and politely. The home was super clean, and we were provided with PLENTY of towels, necessities and even some snacks and coffee!!! 100/10 would recommend!! (:

We had a wonderful family vacation! This was honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The house is decorated nicely, is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. It is very close to Universal Studios, which we really appreciated after a long day at the park. We only had one problem when we arrived with the keypad, but Jesus answered immediately and got us right inside. I highly recommended this rental, we will definitely stay again when visiting Orlando!

We where in Orlando to go to my granddaughters graduation & this home just made it a perfect vacation - so comfortable - & clean & the pool & outside area was amazing !!

The house was spotless and we felt right at home. It certainly helped that the location was 12 minutes away from the wedding that we were attending. Everything was clean and in place and we were able to easily find everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this house if you have to stay in the area.

We decided to stay here because of the photos (very beautiful and hilarious!) and the location is perfect. The house is very comfy, cozy, and just as expected (except we couldn't find the dinosaur costume.... womp womp). The patio is an awesome place to relax. We liked that there is a dedicated workspace so we could work remotely during our stay. Everything we needed was provided and the shower products are high quality. The host is amazingly friendly and quick to respond. Overall, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay. 5/5 would stay here again! Thank you!

This stay was perfect for my family to gather for a family trip, we had a great time starting off the summer with private pool without having a crowds. We had a lot of room to just hang out but close enough to the travel to the Disney and Universal parks. Very lovely property.

All the rooms and house were spotless and smelt great! the pool was awesome! and the BBQ grill came in handy! Everything was labels IE controllers for fans/lights. as well as bathrooms. it is also nice that there was a security system for us to use if we wanted to. The beds were extra comfortable and soft! overall pretty good overnight stay.

We just spent a week at the house - 2 Families with 3 kids total. We picked this house because everyone had their own bed (2 kids shared a room), because of the pool, and because of the proximity to Universal Studios. The location worked out perfectly - we didn't rent a car, so we relied on Uber and Lyft. We generally had a longer wait for the ride to show up than the drive to the Universal ride-share drop-off point. It's a perfect location if you're doing Universal and not far from Disney if you're headed that way. The pool was an awesome way to beat the heat in the afternoons and on our non-park days when we just hung out around the house. The water was clean and not over-chlorinated. This might have been a mistake from a northerner, but I thought the pool was going to be in a glass enclosure, but it was just screened in - but we only had to dodge raindrops a few times - and we never had an issue with bugs while we enjoyed the patio.

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Had more than what we needed and was a great spot to recharge from the daily adventures we had. Would book again if in the area.

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! Super cute and quaint, easy to access. Daniel and his family were great hosts, easy to go back and forth with. Was proactive with sharing the backyard space and helpful with anything we needed. The space was so nice and clean, just enough space. Great area also, so much around for shopping and eating.

We had everything we needed during our 12 nights stay. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the place is quiet and lovely. Very comfortable with incredible attention to details. It even has exercise equipment and a nice private porch with comfortable sofas to work.

Love this spot! Will most definitely be staying here again! There is a lot around plus a lot that the apartment offers too.

Wow was my reaction to this property. The host not only communicated very well and clearly, they decorated this place so nicely! Comfy bed and spacious kitchen. I loved all the funky vibes and the patio was a plus while in town for work. I will be booking again. They never disappoint!

We had a great stay at Willis’ property! To me the star is the backyard. Large pool with a REAL deep end, lounge chairs, covered patio with cushioned furniture and a TV, BBQ, and a hammock! But that’s not to say the inside gets left out; all new appliances in the kitchen, both bathrooms nicely updated, comfortable couch and decent size rooms throughout! We found the neighborhood quiet, covered carport was very helpful, and plenty of options in just a few minutes drive. Willis’ communication was top notch, check in info was sent on time, same with follow ups and check outs, even checked with us if a pool cleaning service visit was timed OK for us. Would definitely rent from again!

Lavrentiy's place was immaculately clean, cozy, and conveniently located to many great parks, restaurants, and neighborhoods. They accepted my last minute reservation request which was very kind of them. The space was private and quiet and the neighborhood was lovely. The amenities and supplies were spotless, and bed up in the loft was very comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay during their trip to Orlando.
