Vacation rentals with a patio in Pimenta

Our stay was great, the flat is as advertised with three suites that accommodated us very well. The Delma hostess was very friendly and helpful, she was always willing to help us. I would definitely stay in the apartment again, great cost-benefit.

I just want to emphasize how I felt in the place and in the city (I felt welcomed, a huge inner peace, pleasant and very tasteful). From the beginning to the end, I was well taken care of, they made me and my wife feel like family, and not a guest. They were extremely pleasant days. The neighborhood, the street, the city, everything is a context of harmony and inner peace. more than hosts, they were brothers. I recommend the city of Capitolio to everyone, the tours and everything the city has to offer. Now, regarding the accommodation, don't think too much. You can choose without fear. At Vanessa and Eliel's, you will feel at home. Once again, thank you Vanessa and your husband for everything from the beginning to the end, may God bless your lives abundantly. It was great to see Capitolio, I decided at the last minute, and everything worked out thanks to Augusto who responded promptly.

We went on this trip, me, my husband and our two pet children, we had the most incredible 3 days, without a doubt Julinho's house was one of the best (if not the best) we have ever stayed. Easy and privileged location in the morning with the singing of countless birds, an incredible sunrise and sunset, the condominium has a garden and a perfect swimming pool, we did not use it but we enjoyed the sunset, we lay down in the chairs and it was incredible. The house is exceptional, new and without useless things. Everything we really needed to make meals was there, and even a barbecue and backyard, which was great, because we enjoyed it a lot with the pets. I just have to thank you for the incredible hospitality and the wonderful days we had, soon we will undoubtedly return to stay more days. Thank you Julinho, God bless you, and prosper. :) And new guests will not be afraid to find a perfect, beautiful and clean accommodation!

He even forwarded a pdf that contained useful information and tips on Capitol Hill and places to visit. In our conversations, by audio, he gave the suggestions of schedule according to the time we would stay in the city and also gave me the direct contact of the companies responsible for the tours! The stay was wonderful. Due to the reviews, we almost didn't even take this stay, but it surprised us. I believe it has more to do with the negative view of the people who have passed through there. The apartment has a beautiful and sophisticated decor, it has a beautiful view! Common spaces such as the swimming pool and barbecue area are super easy to use. We had a great time there! ♥️

The house is perfect , just as advertised. super clean and cozy. Many utensils. Easy access to the city center. Sandra was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We will return for sure.

Very good and comfortable house! Well clean, we were able to hire a live song for the afternoon! The only exception is that we were unable to use the freezer because it was not freezing. The beds are comfy and the space of the house well suited. I recommend the accommodation!

Viviam is a great host, always responding quickly and providing useful information, as well as being very friendly. The house is new and well-equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend it! We'll be back soon!

Very new and spacious house! 5 very good suites, the house is equipped with everything you need! If the purpose of the trip is to visit the main sights of Capitólio, it is a little far away... but to relax and enjoy with family/friends, the house is excellent! I recommend it to everyone!

The house was exactly as advertised! Spacious, comfortable, extremely well-appointed with everything we needed! Janaína was super attentive, responded quickly, we had a little problem with the gas that was promptly resolved! Gisele, who was recommended to cook for us, was excellent! We'll be back for sure! What can I say about this space!! First of all, I would like to point out how BEAUTIFUL the view is and how good it is for the soul, 🌊🩵 both during the day with this charming lake and the mountains in the background, and also at night because we were grateful for an incredible full moon and reflecting on the lake is a spectacle 🫶 Great location, Marcus was friendly and helpful. GRATITUDE for these days of rest and peace 🙌 And Capitólio is a lovely place, so much so that we are looking for a property there 🥰
