Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, gourmet area with large pool and heated Jacuzzi, barbecue, freezer, marble table, industrial stove, among others. To relax, there is a large balcony with spectacular views of the Furnas reservoir. Ideal for those who want to relax and/or party! Great location: 7 km from the city of Pimenta, 20 km from Santo Hilário and about 45 km from Capitólio

The Recanto das Garças Condominium is located on the banks of the Furnas dam and has a large leisure area, with a swimming pool, barbecue area, soccer field, billiards, as well as a full kitchen, including two industrial stoves, various utensils, freezer, ice machine, among others. The Condominium has 8 chalets, each with 3 bedrooms, private bathrooms and a balcony. There's also ample space for parking. A very nice place, perfect fit and groups of friends.
