Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. It was 3 beautiful days in Linz. The place was very clean, modern and spacious. It was a little noisy in between, due to the nearby rail network, but you could still switch off and stay overnight. 50 meters further there was the tram station. The neighborhood seemed unpleasant to me, but you don't have to worry. Value was unbeatable. Definetly recommend.

Elias's accommodation provides everything you need. The kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped, the couch was also comfortable, queen sized. Four of us stayed for a day after visiting surrounding hike trails. We enjoyed our time!

We spent a few relaxing days there with the bikes. Alexander was super friendly and accommodating. He showed us everything and also gave us tips for the area. He also welcomed our dog warmly and provided towels for him. The chalet is fantastically beautiful and luxuriously equipped. Very clean, spotless and everything is available. A very large property in a quiet location with a beautiful view. Due to the large trees, there is always a shady place even in very sunny weather and the dog has enough space to romp. We were in Linz, Kalkalpen National Park, Mondsee and Attersee. Everything can be reached in less than an hour. A stay with Alexander and the surroundings is highly recommended.

We arrived late, yet we were greeted very kindly. For the safety of our baby, the owner made a grille with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we didn't lack anything. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately it wasn't allowed at that time. Next time we go, we'll go there without question. Thank you for everything! We wish you continued success!

The apartment was very well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, only an oven was missing. The bathroom was large and very clean! Maybe you could hang a few hooks in the apartment and also in the bathroom to, for example, let the wet towels dry. But otherwise everything was wonderful!
