A very wonderful place, it was everything that was seen in photos and better I would definitely go back to this place I loved it and I will recommend it with my friendships since the attention, the atmosphere everything was perfect I have no complaints and I definitely recommend it to more people is the best place to stay in Quito

Truly a gem in the heart of Quito! Carlos was extremely helpful and is an excellent host! I enjoyed how central this location is to most things to do in Quito. I felt safe as a solo traveler to walk in the neighborhood and explore the malls and restaurants. There were nice touches provided in the loft that truly made it comfortable and the bed ensured a peaceful rest. Thanks Carlos! 10/10 recommended and I'll look forward to visiting again.

One of the most interesting aspects is the attention to the user and I consider that they gave us the best of attention, the arrival was very beautiful and comfortable and I thank them because we spent one of the best weeks in Quito

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Jaime is an awesome host. He made our stay unforgettable as always. He goes above and beyond with our requests. He was responsive, friendly and respectful. We are always glad to stay in that adorable property. I hope the upcoming guest/s are as respectful as we were of his house. Guest/s please treat it as your own home. Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is spacious and comes with everything necessary for an extended stay. It is very well located, close to shops, public transport stops, in a good area of Quito. The only thing that seemed uncomfortable to me is the electric shower, which does not work stably. It is necessary to constantly adjust the flow of water to prevent it from turning into boiling water or, on the contrary, too cold water. Also, I would personally be more comfortable if there were thicker, darker curtains in the bedroom.

Myriam was a fantastic host! She went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful. Very quick responses and great information about the neighbourhood and the city. The funky apartment is in a heritage building, cozy and comfortable beds, with a well equipped kitchen. The location is great, lots of restaurants, coffee houses, etc. at a range of prices within a few blocks. Historical buildings all around. A wonderful experience!
