Farmstay vacation rentals in Pichincha

We had a great stay at the hacienda el Rejo! The house is huge with beautiful vistas and surroundings. We all enjoyed interacting with the animals on the farm. Bedrooms were well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few things we would’ve expected (ie: a coffee press or coffee maker; drinking water was only available at the restaurant so we filled pitchers/water bottles each day), but otherwise we were able to cook a few meals at the house. The restaurant on site is great and we enjoyed a dinner and breakfast there. Don’t miss the house-made cheese! Staff provided great advice and arranged a horseback ride for our group. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the entrance to Cotopaxi National park, very convenient. All in all I’d highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property with warm, welcoming staff. Sincerely hope to return!

This is a magical place with such friendly hospitable hosts. We felt so welcome and embraced as friends. We would love to come back and spend more time relaxing and exploring the area.

Isabel was very responsive. We would stay here again. We had a group of 12 people and everyone was very happy with the house and the staff. The main thing we would add to the description is that the staff is extremely helpful. There were two people there who were available for anything at anytime. They cooked and served several elaborate meals for our whole family, they arranged car services several times. They kept everything clean and beautiful at all times. In fact eating the food they prepared in the house was better than going to a restaurant. I would mention that it is a ten minute drive from the center of Cayambe (the town mentioned in the listing), and it is about a one hour drive eat of the airport (the opposite direction as the city of Quito). Some of us drove a rental car, and the first couple of times we drove in and out it probably took an extra five minutes to find the place. Overall, I highly recommend this house.

Really incredible, Lorena was always aware of everything, we loved it and we had a fabulous time. It is a magical place, which connects you with nature but with all the comforts of modern living. Hermosoooooo.

We had a very nice month's stay in the old Hacienda. It was tranquil, an easy walk to Puellaro on a back road, and if we chose, a taxi was easily available. Below was a large flower farm that always proved to be interesting . We didn't have much interaction with Carla, but Manuel was always available and helpful for any concern or need.

The cabin was the place to be if you want to be in contact with nature and beautiful scenanry. We felt right at home and the peaceful environment was what we were craving for.

We really enjoyed with my family when staying at Camila's house. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The property is very nice, with ample walking spaces. Ideal for disconnecting from the city and connecting with nature. There is a buoyant dog on the property and other dogs of the neighboring property, all very quiet. My daughter enjoyed playing with them. Access is by a cobblestone road; we had no difficulty getting to. Camila was very kind, the communication was very fluid and gave us some recommendations from the area. The caretaker Jose and his wife are very attentive.

Very nice place, cozy and ideal for disconnecting from the world and enjoying nature. The house is very well equipped with everything for cooking and grilling! Alejandra was very kind and even helped us change the reservation date. We are very grateful and hope to be back soon

A wonderful place where we were able to rest and enjoy nature. The cabin looks even better in person and David is such a friendly person that he went far and beyond to make sure our stay was the best.

Consider that at night it is quite cold in the area, walking them to take the fireplace so that their stay is pleasant like mine.

It is a magical place, surrounded by nature, peaceful, quiet. Manuel is an excellent host, very attentive to his guests and his comfort. I definitely plan to return.

This place is absolutely stunning, amazing. It was indeed a retreat. The house felt homey, safe, the culture in every corner, the cutest kitchen. Maru keeps a clean home, not once did we wonder about using anything due to cleanliness, very well kept. The housekeepers leave on premises, but we never felt bothered by them.

Absolutely recommended . The house is very unique and the location is superb. The design is right out of an architectural magazine and the decor is very tasteful . The rooms are large and very comfortable . Some have amazing views of the volcanos . The common areas are very cozy and inviting . Wifi worked well and the showers were fantastic . The caretaker/cool are very helpful and friendly and made our stay special . I would definitely come back !

The Hacienda is beautiful, very welcoming and has all amenities. In addition, it has a beautiful visit to the valley and the garden is very well maintained. Francisco is very friendly and attentive to everything. It really is a beautiful place to breathe fresh air, disconnect, and at the same time enjoy a very nice house.

Excellent set up and location. Very quiet and peaceful. The surroundings are beautiful. The sound of the river throughout the day makes it super relaxing. The photos are accurate. The room is cozy with big sliding doors, comfy king bed. The outdoor kitchen is stocked with everything we needed, and it was really nice to cook and eat outside and use the firepit in the evening. David was very friendly and helpful. To fully enjoy the place, one needs at least a couple of nights.
