everything was great !

the apartment is very nice, the only thing is that we are elderly, the technology gave us very hard, when we turn on the stove, the TV ect..the area is very nice and teanquila

Everything was super good, the area had restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarket nearby, don Niko was super friendly and friendly, it was an excellent stay. We were very grateful.

The Host and the people in charge of their parents, great in every way, were always attentive to my needs, they always responded to my messages. It is a complete apartment, excellent for long stays and short stays too. If you are going to have activities in the north of Quito this is a good place; I stayed two months, I would take it back.

This place is perfect for a family. It is clear that it is well cared for and comfortable. My family appreciated the 3 bedrooms for privacy and the common spaces for time together. The parking space was very handy as well. Anything you need in a home can be found in this Airbnb. Also, the hosts are very helpful at any hour. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Quito, especially for a longer term stay!

I really liked this Airbnb. It's in a modern building with a gym, sauna, and rooftop pool, which you have free access to and is included in the price. It's also right next to Parque La Carolina. Which is a great park (during the day). The only negative is the streets are very noisy with motos and cars, but the host gave me some earplugs to help me sleep. I would 100% stay here again.

Had a green time! We would be more than happy to stay here again if we ever have the opportunity. Quito is a beautiful city and we liked the view of the mountains. The apartment was very comfortable and it was nice to relax in the jacuzzi. Thank you for the great stay!

Excellent attention to the unpredictable clean and quite cozy suit. I recommend it to spend this February 14th or a weekend with friends they have to grill and everything up to a radio for the jacuzzi are very attentive to those details to make an excellent experience and if you forget to bring alcohol they help you

Such a lovely flat! I was able to walk to my studio everyday which was great. Central to all in Quito. I cannot wait to book again.

excellent location, plenty of restaurants close by, high rise building with a guard at entrance 24/7. slight street noise can be heard but very nice apartment furnished and fully functioning kitchen if needed. Claudia is responsive and very helpful. recommended location and I would stay here again.
