Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Nos gustó mucho la casa, y la estancia. Todo muy tranquilo. Tiene todo lo indispensable para vivir. Los dueños muy amables y ayudan en todo. Está un poco lejos del centro de Quito, pero a cada cual según sus necesidades. Personalmente a nosotros nos gustó mucho.

Miryam is such a sweet host, we felt like home! So kind and helpful she even baked bread and made us jam! Her dogs are the cutest and share so much love and kindness! The house cute and the garden Is amazing! So grateful for this experience and can’t wait to come back!!

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.

El apartamento es perfecto y estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Tamia estuvo muy pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiera necesitar.

Esta estadía simplemente me ha encantado, el lugar muy completo, la vista hermosa, cómodo y se siente como hogar, por otro lado Antonella siempre estuvo muy muy atenta a cualquier cosa lo que me hizo sentir mucho más seguro, sin duda lo recomendaría mucho!

The cabin itself and its location were absolutely breathtaking! We arrived after dark and had some difficulty locating it but our host was so responsive and got us there quickly. By sunrise when we were surrounded by fresh air and mountain views, we knew we had picked the best Airbnb in the area. Our only regret is only booking for one night and not spending more time in the cabin and its surrounding areas. We will surely be back some day though, as even our toddler still mentions our stay at “la linda casita en la montaña”. Thank you, Martina!

We had a fantastic time at Cabin Nr.3. We thoroughly enjoyed the Cabin and its beautiful surroundings. The Cabin is extremely well equipped. We didn’t have sufficient hot water for showering all throughout but that’s a minor issue considering the very relaxing nature of our stay. We hope we’ll be back soon!

El lugar es maravilloso, tiene una vista preciosa. La host siempre respondió a todas mis preguntas y Rosita nos recibió de la mejor manera. El lugar tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa.

Beautiful place! You're surrounded by nature and in great company with the little dogs. Plus, nothing beats swimming in the river.

Our stay in the a-frame house on the Hacienda del Rejo was magical. Waking up every morning to the view of the valley and hearing the animals and the birds was so relaxing. It's a great setup because while the house has a full kitchen, the Hacienda restaurant is a quick 3-minute walk down the path, and the food is excellent. The lodge where the restaurant is housed also has a ping pong table and a pool table which my sons loved to play on while we waited for dinner. There is also a cozy fireplace and lots of history in the lodge! We loved riding horses on the property. Rides were reasonably priced, and seeing the property this way is amazing! We also loved spending time with the animals on the farm. Goats, llamas, horses, donkeys, and chickens! The house was well-provisioned and very cozy. On chilly evenings, we kept warm by the woodstove and the great hot tub! Everyone at the property took great care of us, they were all kind and welcoming! Our family loved our time here!

Flor Marina's place was the perfect little retreat that I needed! You can walk up/down the hill from the airbnb to catch a bus to Otavalo every 10 minutes, and I loved the little work out that I got going to and from that stop. Also its possible to get taxi pickups right from the Airbnb. She grounds themselves are magical with the sweetest animals around. The tub was an amazing thing to have and it exceeded expectations. Overall it was exactly what I was looking for upon returning to Ecuador after not being there for a while.

Jorge fue muy atento en todo momento, Lucy que fue quien nos recibió fue muy amable y nos mostró el lugar. Un excelente plan para desconectarse de todo y rodearse de naturaleza. Nos encantó y sin duda volveríamos! :)

El sitio es perfecto para una escapada de la ciudad. La cercanía al Imbabura y la naturaleza alrededor te dejan relajarte en esta tranquila y acogedora cabaña. Súper recomendado! Katty y Lionel son hosts geniales! Personas generosas y atentas (sin ser intrusivas). Dejaron varias cosas para el desayuno y compartieron vegetales del huerto, que pareció un detallaso. En la lista para los lugares para volver :)
