The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

My property is located in the heart of Napoli, near the Central station so very coinvenient for those who want to visit our beautiful places of interest such as Pomepeii,Hercolaneum,Vesuvius and Amalfi Coast .If you prefer to stay in town,you can reach any place in a few minutes on foot or by metro ,places like Decumani,the many museums underground Naples and all the hundreds of churches scattered in the city.
