North Country Cottage

This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. Hidden Bay is aptly named as it is nestled in a water lily-filled bay with a beautiful west-facing island view. It feels private without being completely secluded. The cabin itself is small & manageable and the cathedral ceiling, open floor plan, & numerous windows give it a light, open feel. My family originally stayed at Hidden Bay as renters and we liked it so much we bought it & kept the name! Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath house on Long Lake/Phillips Chain of Lakes in Phillips, WI. Home has recently been remodeled and can be used for all 4 seasons. Finished basement includes add'l sleeping space (2 bunk beds, full bed on bottom with twin on top), washer/dryer along with a walk-out door to the lake. Patio, charcoal grill, firepit and dock. Excellent fishing, sandy lake frontage. In the winter, the home is located on the snowmobile trail. Large parking area for trailer or boats.

Also a 1/4 mile from the Flambeau ski trail. The North Fork of the Flambeau river is one mile away with great canoeing and Kayaking. There are 2 Walleye lakes at the end of the road.

This is a spacious, beautiful home away from home! We are located about a 1/4 mile away from gorgeous Lake Holcombe. Nestled away behind the pines :) The area offers plenty of out door activities, year round. Take a walk on the quiet, peaceful lakeshore, or jump on the trails just down the road for some OTR fun. There is also the well known ice age hiking trail close by. We do offer maps located on your welcome stand to help you navigate our great community.
