Vacation rentals with a patio in Pettinengo

Beautiful, very well-equipped and clean apartment with great and unspoiled views of Lake Orta. Well-maintained outdoor area with private parking. The house with a total. 3 apartments are relatively new and in a corresponding very good condition. We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

Stay for one night to get a morning flight, place was good all beds are clean and comfortable even the sofa. Location super nice close to the MXP airport.

The house is kept clean and tidy, full of useful accessories for both short stays and longer periods. A few minutes from the center and in an extremely quiet area. The possibility of parking the car in the indoor space is particularly useful. I particularly note the kindness and hospitality of the host, who made my very short but intense family stay. Johnathan is a very responsive host His property is very near to Zermatt main station. He shared a very clear instructions (with PDF) on how to get to his property which is very helpful. His property sit right at a very strategic spot where you can: 1. Go to famous Zermatt Matterhorn ViewPoint (10 min walk) 2. 3min walk to main train station (near to MacD, Restaurant, Town Entrance and Supermarket also) Notes for those who carry heavy luggages and going to this property: If you are using Google Map, it will show you 2 path, pick the left one (away from town) so that you won't need to cross the railway. And also, you need to walk up or down 1 level (5-6 steps) to take lift Overall, it's a great experience to us!

Roberto’s place was amazing. Instructions to find the place were perfect, parking directly out front and the place was spotless. Not only that but the provisions were endless and so nice as it felt like home away from home. Only issue we should have stayed for more than 2 nights. Next time. Loved visiting Orta.

We loved our stay in Flavia's home. Her and her son were very welcoming and warm. We were travelling with 3 young kids under age 7 and this was a great place for them. They loved playing in the enclosed courtyard and it was a beautiful place to eat as a family. The view was fantastic. She had everything we needed and we are most disappointed that we did not plan more time here.

Another great find in Sesto for both work and pleasure. Emanuele's place is ideal for one or two, close enough to everywhere but very well equipped throughout; not to mention some great little treats. I will be returning.

Excellent Host and great Location in an outstanding Environment

We had a great time, very cozy house in a super quiet area with a really helpful host.

Ivana was very helpful in responding to our requests and in providing everything we needed for a peaceful stay. The welcome "kit" was also really appreciated. There was really everything! Thank you so much, Ivana.

Marco was lovely to stay with! He was a great communicator, answering questions that we had! He is a very nice guy! The house was located in a quiet place but it was so beautiful! House was much bigger than we thought but that was a positive for us! Kitchen was lovely and there was space for everything! Thank you for having us Marco!

The house is bigger and better than it looks in the photos, it was clean and had good bedding and mattresses. Kevin responded quickly and efficiently, has his own parking which makes the stay easier. I recommend it!

About a year away from the first time we had the opportunity to stay again for a short vacation at the Casetta and we were extremely satisfied again. Everything was perfect, tidy, clean and even with the good fortune of being able to enjoy a wonderful time. We very much enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's place. She was so kind, always quick to respond, gave great recommendations on local cuisine and flexible. The home is located very close to a small beach area and right over the bridge are a wonderful selection of amazing restaurants and cafés. Would definitely recommend! Even without the full kitchen, the place was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our toddler and Alessandra was also happy to accomodate our needs (baby bed, bathtub and high chair). The air conditioning is amazing for those hot summer days and the outdoor patio was wonderful, especially with the plants! Please note that the outdoor area is shared with the host as well as another airbnb listing from the host right next door. The other couple was very friendly though and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!!

Cleanest and best-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Barbara is very warm and has gone to great lengths to equip the apartment with everything you need for long stays: in the kitchen a large selection of pots, pans, sharp knives, wine glasses and even an automated orange press plus dishwasher; in the bathroom many towel hangers, storage areas and washing machine; in the bedroom possibilities to store jewelry. Practically placed sockets and many lamps everywhere. Barbara is extremely friendly, has always responded quickly and in detail to questions and given tips for swimming and for restaurants. The balcony and the view also look exactly like the photos! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment.

A very beautiful place — everything was perfect.

We were guests for the Ferragosto holiday, what can I say... it was regenerating. After a swim in the pool, dining on the terrace was wonderful. Alberta and Beppe are great hosts. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Novara for the Jehovah's Witnesses convention... the friendliness and sympathy of the owner as well as the beautiful apartment, which was very clean and equipped with everything, made our stay really pleasant and peaceful... thank you very much...

Super nice host! Dennis was there for our concerns in any situation and always available. We enjoyed spending a lot of time at the property as it is super quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. We would always come back ☺️

It was not a leisure vacation but a necessity to be close to the hospital. What I was interested in was a quiet place, close to the center and clean, and I found it there.
